In the Nintendo Direct video, you can see a few seconds of gameplay for the 3DS version which is thus far the only footage I've seen of that version.

Bouncer
Pop Fizz
Jet Vac
Shroomboom

We need:
More 3DS gameplay
Hot Head
Water Giant
Undead Giant
Magic Giant
Swarm
Fire Dog
Earth Skylander (Flashwing was it?)
Chill
Fright Rider
Tech Skylander (Sprocket?)

And I think that's it.
