Well I am actually using Procreate and Sketchbook, I am drawing on my iPad. The door which i made in Sketchbook is just a small idea so I did not put as much detail in it and the tree I made in Procreate using the pastel brush but I guess you did not like it. So I am re-doing the tree, hope you like it when I am finished!

Id like to see a main theme. Something to put up on the project frixion channel on youtube. Also, don't sweat it taking awhile. Just so long as it gets done in a reasonable, beneficial amount of time, I am happy.

As it is, we wanna avoid legal trouble, so custom music is our way to go. As plan A, at least.

Hm, well since he (or she) changed the song up a bit, ask him/her if you can use the song for the movie (if you want to use it for the movie) and include his/her name in song credits.

ok freakishly slowly learning how to rig while fighting the sparx mesh to little avail. I can move his head... sorta and tie his fingers in knots

I might record my reactions just for the lolz thats kinda why I've joined deviantArt to get my head away from the horrid sparx mesh.

also we need a better logo for legend of spyro that fits canon but is not copyright. as well as banners or stuff people can put in signatures

there also needs to be a group on deviantArt but to get participation on the scale we need, but there also needs to be a bunch of work before people will just jump in

we could also have benefits to contributers(people who help with stuff rigging, modeling, concept art, vocals, music, et cetera)

stuff like seeing the movie a two weeks before we release it for real. perhaps a special download package consisting of the movie deleted scenes and music

OR they might get to chose a background character from any spyro related game for Spyro: A Darkest Tale/The Darkest Hour(or whatever movie the movie is called between eternal night and dawn of the dragon).

oh and evalutionspyro listen to Sonic Librarian they have some amazing stuff as well as Two Steps from Hell. they are some amazing trailer music groups that I listen to when I need inspiration. the latter covers pretty much every genre of music from classical to dubstep to epic to creepy tech(Pathogen is an amazing album) to rock to lord of the rings(which is a genre all by itself) and more.

I doubt they work for free though(they do so much commercial work) but still epicness

For the Dawn of the dragon teaser. The picture in my head is it shows the time gem spyro and cynder are trapped in, and it is breaking apart. As it is, we see the various shard sup REAL close, and in these yellow gem shards, we see brief snippets of the movie, with echoing lines of dialogue from the movie, finally wrapping off with the crystal exploding, and the title shows, with Malefor laughing in the background.

I know, I'm thinking REALLY far ahead, by like, years. But hey, never hurts to plan ahead, eh?

That sounds pretty awesome! I'm just imaging the entire thing in my head! But right now dawn of the dragon will have to wait. Right now we need to focus on the first movie, that's our main worry/problem because we are all looking way a head to the final movie instead of working on the first, and I know I sound a bit like a nag sorry but it is our main priority.

Oh, and I won't be able to upload photos for a while because my computer is not working properly right now... But I am just coloring the tree right now and working on some of the story boards! Not sure how long my computer will be down but if it is not up in 4 days then I will give my email to YOU ONLY. Please do not share it to anyone else, ok?

yea, true that, to be honest, i'm looking for fight scene music, or little snip's of music to sing to, you know what i mean?

Wait until we have an active script to make storyboards.

Erm... Im not good at assigning specific tasks. I like to let my team work at their own pace. Try drawing Ignitus. That's always a fun one.

Good news is I'm getting a professional tablet- this one, the Wacom Cintiq 24HD. I'm stoked for it!

So I will draw a lot better, but the bad news is not until Christmas. Still going to get a cheap $70 one for school by the end of the month though which is also positive.
