The Rules

* If it is a custom made or repainted skylander you must upload a picture (if it is a repainted figure then include the original figure). If this is not followed up then a PM shall be sent of notifacation, if no changes are made by the end of the contest then your entry will be overlooked.

* All work entered must be your intellectual property (any breach in copyright shall be reported and the punishment is elimination as well as being reported to admin).

* There shall be no critisism to be made from any other work. If any is found then the punishment will be elimination.

* One entry per contest (if more are entered they shall not count).

* follow what the skeleton tells you otherwise a PM will be sent to notify what needs to be done
and If no changes have been made by the end of the monthly contest your entry shall not count.


Skeleton

There shall be one contest per Month and the winner shall be decided by the people on this blog
telling me who the best made up skylander is, which best repainted is and the best custom made is. The best majority shall go through and I shall decide which one I like best from the 3 finalist's.

If you are entering a made up skylander then you must answer if it is a giant or a normal size figure. Tell their beginning powers (upgrade paths shall be overlooked). Tell their background story
and tell if they use light force or not. Tell their element and it is optional to include picture. If their is no picture discribe their features.

Custom made figures follow the same skeleton as the made up figures only you must include a picture and it is optional to include whether or not it includes lightforce. You must also state what you want to improve.

Repainted figures must add a caption beneath the picture, state what is wanted to be improved and show another picture with the original figure.

For the next contest you may re-enter pieces if you have not made it to the finals with it.

bio:young hea twave (spelled correctly) has always had the ability to controll string since he was 5. one day young mabu commander was tasked with throwing kaos's super chair into the fire lakes of mount Ninganty and a small ant like creature triped him and he fell into the mountain, he had frooze there for days and when he emerged he was twice his size and had incredible powers, he soon realized he no longer looked like a mabu but a six armed giant made of pure fire.

A Attack: Fang Bite- "Cause close-range havock." Does 30 base damage. Pretty self-explainatory.

B Attack: Scythe Slice- "Charge up a powerful, mid-range circular slash." Does 40 base damage. Takes 2 seconds to charge. Can be held forever like Ignitor's Z Attack.

Z Attack: Bad Breath- "Howl out a large acidic cloud." Does 20 Base Damage. A continuous breath that lingers for three seconds. Upon hitting a foe, Bad Breath also does a continuous damage assault of 5 damage 5 times. It also slows her movements while she is breathing it, however.




Hard Choppers: "Fang Bite does more damage." Fang Bite base damage increased to 35.

Free De Ess XXL: "The Scythe Slice has further range."

Bad Breath: Unlocks the Bad Breath Z attack.



Bloodsucker: "Fang Bite heals upon damaging." When Fang Bite hits an enemy, Scarrvy recovers 15 Health. HIDDEN EASTER EGG- If an ally is within Salting Sea Dog's splash range and this upgrade is also unlocked, they will recover 15 Health as well.

Jawbreaker: "Fang Bite deals even MORE damage." Fang Bite base damage increased to 45.

Salting Sea Dog: "Enemies directly in front of the Fang Bite also take damage." Fang Bite gets a small splash zone for extra damage. Note that splash damage is reduced to 40 at mid range and 30 at long range.



Snipaw: "Bad Breath range is increased." You now howl out the equivalent of three clouds.

Worse Breath: "Stack up Bad Breath's continuous damage." Normally, any extra continuous damage would just be ignored, but upon getting this upgrade, you can create a "pool" of stack-up damage.

Doggy Greet: "Bad Breath does increased damage." First hit goes up to 30 base damage and continuous damage doubles to 10 damage 5 times.



Imwavetient: "Scythe Slice charges up more quickly and is stronger." Scythe Slice takes one second to charge instead of two and its base power is increased to 75.



COMPETITIVE USE: You have probably noticed that as opposed to attacks like Tree Rex's slow 70-damage charge Scarrvy prefers to go for a weaker set in exchange for speed. Since she is such a master at it among Giants, getting up to the speed of a flying Spyro with completed Heroics, she can be extremely helpful in endless situations and is in the Über tier of Giants. Regular Skylanders can only outwit her with a lot of luck due to the massive size and damage of her attacks, even moreso than with the other Giants, Giants have lots of health but they only need a bit of patience, and she can make escapes with Bad Breath if she gets in trouble.

VAMPIRE WOLF COMPETITIVE: Giants GODDESS. Spam Fang Bite for endless Health restoration and amazing, fast damage. Scythe Slice to chop off damage against other giants who need to charge or are slower or when you can KO with it. Bad Breath is still strong enough on this path for escapes or further-range attacking. And did I mention FEAKING SPEED?!?!

HOWLER COMPETITIVE: Giants Über. It's too bad she loses the Health restoration down this path but is still, undoubtedly, a murderous speed demon down this path. Worse Breath makes her a real threat. Play keep away using her- she is now, without Bloodsucker, undoubtedly frail, but is extremely powerful... The glass canon among Giants.

COUNTERS:

Practically none down Vampire Wolf because of that Health restoration- it murders otherwise effective Melee characters. Long range characters will likely miss her because of her speed then get countered quickly with Bad Breath. Bouncer is probably the only possible counter but Scarrvy will catch up to him and destroy him and Overload also makes him more unreliable. You can't stall her because of Bloodsucker, you've lost if you're both at low health via Scythe Slice, and Bad Breath is still like wildfire.

Howler has counters- other rangers that can attack over walls will murder her if they get a hit in because Bad Breath is more like long-mid-range. Melee characters can be unreliable because of Scythe Slice and also that Bad Breath still works close-range, however, Tree Rex can laser her if she's slower than usual. Any Melees but Tree Rex get murdered by her and she CAN STILL DODGE which is why Howler is in Übers. Continue being wary of her but take condolence in the fact she isn't in Vampire Wolf.

Giant
A robot-like creature made of a range of gears.
Extensive light-core inbetween the gears, and the lightning inside the main gear.

Attacks:
1. Plasma-tech Gears: "Shoot an explosive gear that flys at enemies" Does 18 starting damage. Basiclly shoot a fast gear from your arm.

2. Havoc Gear: "Spin madly to destroy enemies" Does 34 starting damage. The main gear you are made of flys from your body. Control the same as WB's forcefield.

3. Centrafugal Thunder Ball: "Create a super-charged orb" Does 40 starting damage. You spin on the spot and fire a huge orb.

Upgrades:
1. Controlled Havoc: Hold B to control your gear.
2. Storm-fusion Gears: Gears now do 25 damage.
3. Centrafugal Thunder Ball.
4. Gear-splosion: When you release your Havoc Gear, the rest of your gears fly in all directions and do 12 damage.

Path 1: Techno-Kinetic Soldier
Further upgrades ranged attacks.
1. Nuclear-force Gears: Gears do a total of 31 damage.
2. Plasma-charged Shrapnel: Gears explode sending electrically charged shrapnel that does 9 damage for 3 seconds.
3. Lightning Omega Ball: Thunder Ball does a huge 60 damage and creates a huge, electrical pulse, doing 24 damage.

Path 2: Spin-Steel Golem
Further upgrades Havoc attacks.
1. Elecro-magnitic Gears: Exploding gears fly with you and automaticlly fly at enemies.
2. Solar-storm energy: Infinately use your Havoc attack.
3. High-velocity Havoc: Spin does 57 damage. While spinning, press Z to create an electro-magnetic pulse that stuns enemies and does 35 damage.

Soul Gem: Titanium Turbo-Gears
Grants +40 armour.

Bio
A mad scientist, sought on power, tried to create a monster, by bringing it to life with a lightning bolt. But the experiment went wrong, and the bolt hit on of the machines, charging the gears with an electronic pulse. The scientist threw the gears in a pile outside, not knowing he had actually brought the gears to life. They formed into a huge beast, twice the size of anyone else. Cog-neato joined the skylanders, alone and confused, where he found peace with others like himself.

Hey kids look! It is an Eruptor variant! Lets go buy the entire stock out and sell it on eBay! That's scalping in case you lil ones. Anyway can't wait to see more!

Description: Chow-Mein was once just a monk from the Mystical Mountains when the Trolls invaded and sacked the monastery. After that he spent years studying various self defense techniques. He roamed the Mystical MOuntains defending travelers from roaming troll bandits. Soon he was recruited by Master Eon to join the Skylanders and help protect others.

Appearence: Chow-Mein is a large panda armed with a staff and wears a Conical Asian hat on his head. He also has a green bandana around his neck.

Basic Attacks:
Quick Chop. Chow-Mien quickly Karate Chops enemies.

Stealth Leap. Chow Mein can leap over enemies and objects.

Basic Upgrades:

Advanced Self Defense Training. Chow Meins Chops are more powerful.

Staff Strike. Chow Mien uses his staff to attack enemies.

Pressure Point. Chow-Mein can now paralyze enemies.

Multi Strike. Chow-Mein can now target multiple enemies with his Karate chops.

Martial Artist

Fists of Fury. Chow-Mein can now attack faster.

Super Stealth Leap. Chow Mein can jump faster.

Flaming Fist. Chow Mein can now charge up his chop attack.

Staff Master

Staff Shield. Preform an attack that targets every one around him. Blocks Projectiles.

Lotus Staff. chow Miens staff does increased damage.

Unbroken Concentration. Chow Mien's chance of getting a critical hit is improved.

Name: Breeze
Element: Air

Species: Elf
Catchphrase: Feel that chilling breeze? Oh wait that's me.
Background: When Breeze was a little child, she got sucked up by a tornado. She kept spinning around and around and around for ever until finally she somehow used a power she never knew she had and absorbed the tornado. She grew taller and taller like she could through trees like daggers. Her hair was made of wind and the bottom half of her was a tornado. She learned to control her powers and joined the giants to fight the evil arkeans and also be banished to earth.
Appearance: An elf with hair made of wind and with a tornado making up the bottom half of her body. She has light blue clothes on( like the ones stealth elf wears)
Basic attacks: throughs draggers made of wind
Secondary attack: Breeze makes a hurricane that blows enemies away and damages them
Third attack: Creates a sword made of wind and slices right down on enemies
Soul gem: Breeze gets light blue armor around the tornadoat her waist

Story: Was once a normal hedgehog, but after being exposed to magical powers, transformed into a green hedgehog with razor claws and a drill tail. After, finding out about these magnificent powers, he decided to wander the world to help people in need.

Powers:
Slashing Spins - Uses his claws to attack enemies. Hold (insert main attack button) to spin and damage enemies at all angles.

Speed Dash - Dashes into enemies claws first.

BASIC UPGRADES:

Power Claws - Claw attack does increased damage.

Drill Diver - Digs underground to damage enemies above him. Press (insert main attack button) to drill upwards.

Speed Stunner: Dashing into enemies temporary stuns them.

Claw Spinner - Spin attack lasts longer and does increased damage.

UPGRADE PATHS:

CLAWS OF FURY (Further develop your Claw and Digging attacks):

Spins of Madness: While Spinning, press (insert secondary attack button) to shoot spikes.

Blasts from Below: While Digging, press (insert secondary attack button) to create mini earthquakes.

Spiked Armour: New Armour gives increased defense.


RUNNING MASTER (Further develop your Dash attack):

Mega Crash - Dash attack creates mini earthquakes on contact with enemies.

Element: Magic
Appearance: A green-eyed female Drow with blueish robes and a dark blue pointy wizard hat,sitting atop a floating throne made of purple crystals; she holds a purple scepter with her right hand. Said crystals ocassionally glow and liberate sparkles,and further upgrades make some of these crystals float around her scepter.

Story: Before the creation of the Core of Light and the Portal Masters,Arcanerva was the Sorcerer Queen, a powerful creature enlisted to guard the Eternal Magic Source and defend Skylands from the Darkness. However, as time went on, she grew tired of the job and enlisted the help of great allies, the Arkeyan Sorcerers, in defending the world, while she did something she liked more: study and search for the powerful Magic Purple Crystals in the Outlands. But, as soon as Arcanerva discovered that the Arkeyans took over Skylands with the use of their armies and the Eternal Magic Source, she joined the first Skylanders and used her newly-discovered powers to fight those who she once trusted.

Passive Abilities:
-She naturally floats over water.
-When she is in play,Quigley utters the following phrase:
"Hey, aren't you supposed to have a pet Owl? Oh, wrong Sorceress."

Core Abilities:
-(Primary Attack Button)Arcane Meteor: Summoning the power of her Crystals, Arcanerva creates a sphere of Magic around herself and charges against foes.
-(Secondary Attack Button)Mana Bean: Arcanerva fires a powerful beam of Magic from her scepter. Hold down Secondary Attack Button for continuous fire,but Arcanerva is slowed down during the attack.

Soul Gem:
-Sorcerer's Aid: Arcanerva regenerates health while standing over water.

Wow Pow:
-Crystal Guardian: An additional Crystal flies around Arcanerva's head, making Demise From Above takes less time to be performed.

Basic Upgrades:
-(Terciary Attack Button) Demise From Above: Hold down Terciary Attack Button to create a Magic Circle, and move it around to aim. When the button is let go, the Crystals floating around Arcanerva go over the Circle and fire Magic Orbs at it.
-Deflecting Shield: While using Arcane Meteor, projectiles fired at Arcanerva are deflected.
-Outlands' Power: Mana Beam's power is increased. (Crystals surround Scepter after this upgrade)
-Shooting Star: Arcane Meteor can be used for twice as long.

Primary Upgrade Path: Arcane Mistress - Further upgrade your Demise From Above and Arcane Meteor abilities.

-Orb Assault: Demise From Above's power is increased.
-Forlorn Enemies: An enemy hit with Demise From Above is slowed down for several seconds.
-Mineral Wrath: Arcane Meteor's power is increased.

Secondary Upgrade Path: Magic Master - Further upgrade your Mana Beam ability.

-The Queen's Fury: Two Mana Beams are fired at the same time.
-Cosmic Beam: Mana Beam's power is increased.
-Final Beam: Three Mana Beams are fired at the same time.

Might have come out too overpowered,but using Hex,Double Trouble and Spyro's upgrade paths as a base was the best I could do. Don't ask for pics,I have no way to draw her in the computer and no ways to post a traditional drawing for now.

EDIT: Did some minor edit and fixes. I know Upgrades are overlooked,but the profile doesn't look complete without them :U

Depends on the contest,it seems.It's essential to have one in the custom and repainted ones,but it's optional in the made-up SKLer one.

If you do not have a pic in the made-up skylanders then you need a description.
you are not thought higher if you have a picture but remember that it is up to the people on the topic for the voting and then the three finalists (one per section) will be judged by me.
if the winner is from a made up skylander section then you will have to describe it very well for nitendofan92 to draw your avatar the way you like it, this would help nitendofan92 if you have a drawing but it does not matter for the contest. (the reason I am not PM you is because that would give you knowledge that others dont, so I am posting it here so other people know)
