Do you think they made Pop Fiz using Boomer's Design [CLOSED]

They look different and they are different colours, but I think they got Boomer the skylander that can throw TNT, and changed how he looks to make Pop Fiz, do you think so? smilie-Pop Fiz

they have powers in common but not the design itself,here are a few examples:

Pop fizz/boomer

Jet vac/Gill grunt

Yeah but both Boomer and Pop Fiz have the same head, ears, knee pads and hand pads. I don't mean the same colour though.

or maybe his real feet are on the bottom and the pair on the top is because the shoes are too small for him.
then again, i've noticed activision has made last minute changes in characters. it looks like eruptor was supposed to get some flame or a cape on his back (look at how last minute-y that looks). and maybe they made boomers feet too small and was just like "aw what the heck, just add on larger feet to the prototype and call it a day."
