There has been so much to learn from the amazon.de preorder segment, that I wrote 6 blog articles about them.
They revealed a lot of information on new names, Lightcores, Series 2 characters.

No, I did not make them up.
At amazon Germany they added lots of articles for Skylanders: Giants.

The only thing "made up" is, I tried to sort the names to Skylanders.

I think Chill might be the Water Giant

I am certain, he will be regualr.
If you look at pricing, Hot Head is a Giant for 14.99, but Chill only costs 9.99.

Also, Chill is included in a Triple Pack with Zook and Ignitor.

I also found a LightCore Jet-Vac.


And the names of the Three Packs


Flashwing,Gill Grunt, Double Trouble
Sprocket, Sonic Boom, Stump Smash
Pop Fizz, Trigger Happy, Whirlwind
Chill,Zook,Ignitor


And Fright Rider sounds awesome.

I also saw that and included all the findings in my blog.
But I have to say, I am suprised about Light Core Jet-Vac.
Did not see that one coming.

Hm, I actually like Series 2 since they can switch upgrade paths and have the Wow Pow Powers.
Also, I really don't like their enter the battlefield ability.
I wanna smash monsters using power, not just by some light (which does not look that impressive).

And I'll get the good series 2 ones. I have a Wishlist in my guest book

Flashwing sounds like the name of that crystal dragon. Sprocket might be the little red tech dog thing from that e3 poster. chill is most likely the water elf. Hot Head is the fire giant from the e3 poster. no idea what/who cannon piece is

I like the name Fright Rider for the skeletal bird rider.

but Drobot is getting a light core---Yesss I may get a duplicate after all

Chill's price is 9,99 EURO, that's the price of a normal-sized Skylander, not a Giant's.

Sounds exciting. I hope those get over to USA Amazon soon because I would love to pre order those

Since all this info is leaked, Activision will try and hide the evidence. Guys, take screenshots of the pages of the Skylander names before they are taken down.

Easy, Spyro, we don't want Activision to take Tempest's posts if she did post them around. Activision will do anything desperate to hide leaked content.

Yeah, it pretty crazy what lengths they'll go to sometimes. I'll hold onto them for now without re-posting those pics. If someone specifically asks for them as proof, them I might post one or two, but nothing too drastic yet.

Recently, a young Skylander fan posted a video of all of the revealed names. It will be a matter of time when Activision discovers the video and terminate it, which will earn that poor Skylander fan a copyright strike.

I'm sure they won't sue him, but it won't be pleasant for him to get a message telling him to take his video down, and all that copyright stuff. And they will probably terminate it before he has the chance to take it down.

hmm... if chill is water would that mean that water elf skylander is named 'chill'?
maybe chill might possibly be a name for some one else (unlikely)
- or it's just her name and I have to deal with it, it doesn't sound really bad.
(or maybe a proto name? remember jet vac was airgle in a german ( I think) magazine? (and Vac eagle in something else, that 3D model thing I think)

You forget that Chill could also mean that elf Skylander might use Ice attacks, like Slam Bam. And if you noticed all of the Skylander names are in English, including Pop Fizz, Tree Rex, and Jet-Vac's.

ah! thankyou for clearing that up I should've known I wonder if that sword thing the elf has might implement some ice attacks? or a seccondary attack? (or a third) it's fun to guess (I want that skylander so badly)

I actually like flash wing. even though the two names don't mash up well, it sounds nice. maybe it might be the name of that white earth skylander?

I'm guessing what we have seen is the First Wave.

It's not like I'm saying they will be on your trail or anything if that was what it seemed I was just saying they will see it. (oooh scary)

So it looks like the names are as follows:

Fright Rider = regular Undead character (Drow on undead bird)

Chill = the ice elf normal water figure

Hot Head = Fire Giant

Sprocket = the unseen regular tech character (the one that might be behind Terrafin in the figure screenshot)

Flashwing = Earth elemental white crystal dragon seen in the figure screenshot


We still need the names for the Water, Undead, Magic, and Earth Giants.


Keep in mind that these names might not be final and just working names but so far it looks like they might be final names.

Maybe the cannon piece will be something to use in either the story mode or maybe even battle mode like the sky iron sheild/etc

Ya know, they probably won't delete these. The info is most likely nothing that they weren't planning on revealing. At Comicon.

The prices are interesting so it is $10 for a regular and $15 for a giant and unknown cost for adventure packs and it's $25 for the triple packs, yes?
