I do not understand why in the new game of skylanders the same charters are.
just like cyndersmilie or triggerr happysmilie. are the stonger? new powers?

Where does it say this? On the website for Giants, it says:

Of course it could just mean upgrades as in they've been upgraded and have a new attack now. But I haven't heard anything about switching between paths.
