Hey guys, I was on the Spyro Wikia, and I noticed that they have a bit of info about The Air Giant...
So apparently, his name is Swarm (pretty cool but unoriginal in my opinion) and he comes from a... well, I'll just put up the link so you guys can read it:

Actually, the information came from the July issue of Nintendo Power provided by dbaez2, posted in the 'Everything We Know About Giants' sticky topic.

Is it me, or are some newbies hanging around on the Spyro Wiki as their only main source of info?

Okay just saying this our wiki only uses true info not all of it is just but me and the other admins try to clean it all up.

Some newbies literally use the Spyro Wiki as their main source of info instead of other sites, like Activision or other reliable sources.

I was kind of expecting something more epic for his name, but oh well.

With a name like that I will be really disappointed if one of his attacks is not to turn into a massive swarm of tiny wasp/hornets...

Possibly a poison shooting attack/an attack that damages for a while after (even though that'll probably be an upgrade, like Lightning Rod's bolts.)

I really like this character, mainly because I'm into dragonflies and such
And Swarm actually isn't such a bad name, if it's real. I was expecting Toys for Bob to give him something cheesey like Hurricane Hornet.

The game is geared towards the younger generation 7-10 so all of these names wont be to original.

The reason I didn't go on the "Everything We Know About Giants" topic was because I thought I'd be searching for a while for the info (over 1,000 commenters on one thread!). I don't have time to look through alllllll those comments for one piece of information. And I didn't realize how fast they update it. My bad.

Next, you said the Spyro Wiki is a source for "newbies". I'm not sure if this is coincidence, but I've seen a person named "Aura24" on Spyro Wiki (if this is you, well then you're not apparently a new person but still on the site). Also, please don't judge me as a newbie as I've been on this site and the Spyro Wiki for a little while, but I wasn't a member then.

Sorry if I sound rude. I don't want/mean to spark a war. Could you tell me some good sites for new Skylanders information? Thanks. I don't want to look like a "newbie".

Most new users who recently joined get their information straight from the Spyro Wiki, where anyone can edit its articles, and not from other sites.

Well, besides the Spyro Wiki, there are IGN.com, Activision.com, and other game sites that have Skylanders: Giants as part of their listings of games, like Gamespot.com or GameTrailers.

I thought I heard somewhere that his name was going to be Buzz Saw.

^Probably a fan-made name. Could've been a prototype name though, source?
