I called 1-800-646-2904 and asked why I have not received flocked stump smash yet. They asked for my info of name, address and phone number. By doing this they looked up my wins and told me I have on file that has not been shipped out yet but they are coming soon.


The good news is if you call and ask they can look up you info to put at easy on if you will get any or not.

The fact that they're still processing and shipping figures when the contest has been over around a month is mindnumbing. How disorganized must you be to take this long?!?

They have to go through like 2 minutes each worth of phone calls for addresses, multiplied by 18,000+ figures so it takes time.

The original post was in #737, and your question was #755....not like it was buried beneath 31 pages of comments...not to be mean or anything, but people are always yelling at one another about duplicate threads and stuff...it involves READING...to avoid that kind of stuff.

Well this is just ballocks...I just called, talked to a rep and he couldn't find anything about me winning anything (Which I did) I called-in and won a flocked stump smash, but he couldn't find anything with my name/phone or address. But says's he'll look into it and see exactly what it was I won and get it out to me.

This is a bit un-nerving since I did win but alas don't have the confirmation at all since it was a "Call-in". I told him this and he said since the number I gave him/call him from was the number I won on, that would help...but I don't see it getting me anything in the long run...so yeah...I got screwed...hope no one else suffers the same fate.

If you've Called in, and haven't gotten anything I suggest calling this number and varifying it. Since apparenlty it recorded my address and name but for some reason I'm not in the system as a winner on the list....

Guess thats what I get for only calling once and winning once. Oh well....

I'll have to call and see since im still waiting for my code wins.

If you won with a code you should be fine (Since if you won with a code you have the email confirmation) but you can call just to see if they've shipped or being processed.

I also won on the phone as wells so I want to check on those

so far 13 came.,( 7 wreaking & 6 boomers) butt i called and they said the.mailed some.but the guy was kinda an a.. And thats all he didnt care to look it up. So i hope i get stumpy i won him multiple time just haven't received it.

Aah! But I only have one of those and paid dearly for it; GM will have 2 Flocked Stumpies, which cost him little and he has many times extolled how much he helps others so the deduction is only logical.

For the record, it is called a joke people; lighten up!

Flocked costed me as much as anyone else who won one.

Ok, you guys, you do understand that we are dealing most likely with people on minimum wage...listening to recorded messages and typing the info on a computer. It may even be outsourced overseas!!! If you didn't speak clearly, didn't spell things out, or they just plain old made a mistake recording the info, you aren't gonna get it. Those phone entries took over 2 minutes to record. Just imagine how time consuming and tedious that must be!! To say it...without saying it...why would you rely on ONE entry, and trust that it is gonna show up?? I mean, if one entry is all you could get....that's one thing, but the fact is....the flocked stumpy number paid out EVERYDAY for probably two weeks!!! Why wouldn't anyone try to get all you can??? Don't you guys share or do things for your friends??? I will do whatever I decide to do with my extras. Glad I got 4, and glad I entered often. At this point, the delay is most likely a production delay from Activision. I've said it before as well, when I called Frito Lay at the start of the promo, I knew more about the promotion than they did. Look at how long it has taken for blue bash to come back around!! They probably dumped a small load of flocked so FL could start to ship prizes. We all know how Activision deals with production.....

18th is the date that was listed, but upon further reading of the sell sheet, it's referring to some new flavors of chips; not the Skylanders.

According to the actual part with the Skylanders, it says July 9th for "Wave 1". Looks like they're just gonna be in 2 bags, and they won't have the Skylanders branded "Adventure Mix".

I won a couple of times on both lines. I've only received a Wrecking Ball and two Boomers though.

No one really knows at this point, there isn't too much info on them from what I've seen.

I really don't want to miss this promotion like I did the flocked Stump Smash.

Just got off the phone with FL... they said they only had 2 confirmations for my name... I " won" at least 10 times.... as expected FL is screwing people out of prizes... bet they're both gonna be boomers too lol

I still haven't received anything yet. I'm a little curious at this point and am planning on calling the number mentioned to see if I'm a winner. I guess we're all kind of stuck waiting.

Don't feel bad your not alone, I'm not getting my prize either. And lol lets hope you'll get two different ones I never called the Random phoneline, I called and won Flocked Stump Smash, but alas won't be getting it. Its fine though, maybe we'll all have better luck with the sidekicks promotion :/ Or at least we can hope that FL has learnt to be better organized with this sort of thing.

i think after they ship your item they remove you from their pending list on the computer. so they send their shipped stuff to the newlegistics people, you get marked off the list. so maybe if you are not on the computer youre prize is already in process of getting to you (however long that takes)

i must have gotten screwed over by the terrible call switch system down in mississippi.

i think i won 4 randoms and a flocked stumpy
i received one boomer almost three weeks ago. nothing since.

the weird thing is that i only got the "congratulations, you won..." message over the phone once. the other three times i won on the random skylander line, it just skipped straight into asking for my name and address.
most of the time when i clicked through the menus, the call would automatically drop for no reason, then I'd call back and it would say "it looks like you've already played today blah blah", as if i had lost but it just skipped all that.
the rest of the time i CONSTANTLY got the "due to technical difficulties blah blah" message.

let's hope terrible switch center code didn't screw me out of my small plastic figurines

Really disappointed I haven't received a Flocked Stump Smash... oh well.

Just joined the forums. Last time I got a prize was May 24th and I got 1 wrecking ball and 2 boomers. Haven't recieved anything lately. Hope i can remember to call before they close their customer service :/
