1. why are there 2 of the same gill grunt in that picture?
and
2. Is there a BULE pop fizz and a RED pop fizz in that picture?

look behind the portal to the left, looks like you can see a red pop fizz arm drinkin that drink.

If you look really close between Terrafin's legs you can see that red skylanders base and it is very much tech.

The base looks identical to Magic, to me. The arm, potion bottle, and left hand's finger are also identical, both in sculpt and positioning.

That is Drill from S:SA. You can see the green line and tech base.

actually, it is very different than pop fizz. 1. it has a tech base, 2. it has fur and no gloves. 3. broken glass bottle?

So when they shot the video, it was clearly in development. My thinking is they decided to pay homage to some of the great contributors, ala Jin, to sort of throw us all a curveball. They clearly want us to read into things and keep us guessing, all the while giving us eye candy to stare and and dream about.

I'm entirely too excited to play now. They couldn't have done a better job of teaser trailering us!

It's gonna be a fun Fall/Winter of collecting! YAY!

@zook it up: Don't get me wrong, L-Drobot is just what I think it is because of the color and comparison to what I believe is L-Slam Bam. It is by no means a confirmation, but just because we already have a Legendary Tech variant in Legendary Trigger Happy doesn't mean they wouldn't make another Legendary Tech variant. There are 3 Spyro variants and 2 regular Cynder variants plus a repose.

just to the right of L-Ignitor there's a normal Earth Skylander.

i dont see it , all four drobots match the regular color scheme...

the wing isnt golden, its blue. the second wing is reflecting the light and looks golden.

^ Yeah, that's what I see too. It's just the lighting reflecting off of the second wing of that Drobot under it and the "foot" is actually part of that wing.

If you look in the bit I circled you'll see a normal, brown coloured leg with black nails. Also if you carefully compare the gold on the L-Slam to the gold on Drobot you'll see that Drobot's gold parts are more orange/bronze than the gold on L-Slam. And the blue is less glossy than you get on Legendary Skylanders.

Why are there 3 normal, purple with green series 1 base Spyros? For the same reason... filler.

yes but you dont see that with the new ones only series 1 character lets not fully dismiss the possibility of l-drobot

I'm not dismissing the possibility of L-Drobot, I'm just saying that I'm 99.9% sure that the Drobot in that picture is not one...

Like someone said earlier; I think we'll see 1 Legendary of each element before we see a second tech one. We got 4 Legendaries in SSA, I forsee another 4 in SG to cover the 4 remaining elements... but that's just speculation. What is not speculation is that if that was L-Drobot his leg would not be brown like that and his claws would not be black.

Legendaries:

Earth: Bash (SSA)
Water: Slam Bam (SG)
Air: Speculated potential for one in Giants
Fire: Ignitor (SG)
Life: Speculated potential for one in Giants
Undead: Chop Chop (SSA)
Magic: Spyro (SSA)
Tech: Trigger Happy (SSA)

Of the 4 current and 2 confirmed Legendaries there is not as yet any doubles. That's not to say there won't be but I think it's a distinct possibility that Giants will have 4 Legendaries, 1 each from Water and Fire (confirmed), Air and Life (speculated).

The Air is either Warnado or LR, but we only know that the Life won't be Zook.

so legendary slam bam and legendary ignitor wont work on the first game... damn loop holes. we wont have to buy the series two skylanders to get 100% right? it would suck if giants had 3 character maps and you had to re-buy every skylander for it to count as completed
