I'm going to call this entry from the news section of the Skylanders web site official word:

The clear variants are not crystal; they are ice.

But no matter what they are called, I still haven't found a single one at retail. smilie

but you won't find what you are looking for on ebay if you search skylanders ice, only clear or crystal

I can't see any previews on their site, so I'll Google 'em. But those glow in the dark ones don't look too flashy.

OP Your not the only one to have never found one at retail...I've never found a single variant on a shelf, save for blue bash :/

And I've always called them crystal smilie
