I know my Universe password off by heart, but everytime I try to log in, it says it's wrong. Plus, when I request a password retrieval email, nothing goes to my email account.

What can I do?

You are remembering your Capital easy to forget that you have to have at least one, But if you are not receiving an email looks like it's your username at fault, have you checked Spam and Junk folders

Yes, I remember my capital in my password. It's hard to forget it.
It can't be my username since I've posted it in the Portal name topic.
And it can't be in my spam folder since I started making a new account afterwards and got an email within minutes of registering.


It's just been hacked and I can't access it!

Why don't you tell Activision this?

Umm they said they'd done password retrival but nothing appeared in their folders even in spam

Wait a minute, they said that they posted the username in the sticky topic, SO, maybe they are typing in that, instead of the right username?
