Who still needs WHAM? [CLOSED]

just wondering who still needs or is looking for whamshell. are they still as hard to find where everyone is or have they started showing up more frequently? Here in Toronto they are sprouting up more as are the glowing variants...but good luck finding one of those lol.

I'm in Australia, I know he is out over here but I haven't really seen him at all. However I'm not really interested in finding him so I could just be subconsciously not looking hard enough I suppose.

I don't collect Blue Bash or any colored/glow-in-the-dark variants, as they don't show up differently on the screen. People usually go for the main 32 & Legendaries, but it's fine if you collect variants. Just opinion :3
