I had a chance to get an E3 single pack Trigg, Nroc. However, I passed on it, because all of the single pack E3 figures are loose inside the box. It doesn't make for good display material.

Dark Spyro will be out shortly, I bet. I will get it when it hits the US. Actually, I will be getting 3. One for me to hang on my wall, one for my youngest daughter, and one for my naighbor across the street.

Do you ever plan on getting the gold/silver/GITD/crystal triple packs as well as the singles?

Heh, yeah, I think they are too. They go on eBay for a lot more than the singles as well. Though I see a lot of crystal Stealth Elf 3 packs on eBay and a few gold Flameslinger ones..

Yeah, it seems I will, now that I know the remodels will have new moves. If they do all 32, I will put them on the display shelf I built, in place of the old molds.

Okay, new updates posted.

I changed almost all of the wall of the wall collection pics, if not all of them.

I added a group shot of all 3 crystals together, as well as a group shot of all silver, gold, GITD, and crystal Skylanders.

I also added a link to the podcast by Media Pulp, where either Alex Ness or Mike Stout of Activision/Toys for Bob mentioned having pictures of my collection on their walls at Activision/Toys for Bob, at the bottom of the first post. It is also a very fun and informative podcast when it comes to Skylanders.

Indeed. There is no way in heck I am buying anything that comes in that god awful European packaging, where half of the top is carved for pegging. BLEH!

So, when Dark Spyro releases here, I am all over it. Some people have offered to sell me one cheap, with normal pegging, but I was focused on getting the variants before something that will surely be everywhere soon.

I basically own flocked, according to people here and on other sites. I just have to get him in like some have. That's when I scoot Blue Bash up a notch and put Flocked Stump below him.

I have a title in mind for that update as well. I have 4 days to decide how to make more room on my wall for the E3 exclusive, as well as the SDCC exclusive.

I might have to do, what someone suggested to me in PM. I might have to take down my triple packs, which would free up a lot of room. I bet after SDCC, there won't be anymore convention exclusives. I am hoping that there are no more variants for SSA at all, and they reserve the next set of variants, for Giants.

I don't see a LCD screen electronic store display in your collection

I wouldn't know where to put it if I had one.

A local Gamestop gave me a huge cardboard Skylanders poster a few days ago. I don't even know where to put that, because it's a pretty decent size.

Imagine you got that store demo things where you put the package on and a video appears. That wpuld be impossible but sick!

Just got home with my display case, it's not big at all, has whirlwind, stealth elf, cynder, terrafin, grill grunt, ignitor, spyro and trigger happy in it.

I'm building my own display case. does anyone want to share any blue prints?

Well, Trix, if you want to use the same shelf as I built, I can take measurements for each piece, as well as some indepth photos as to where I put some mini-brackets in order to hold some pieces together.

Also, I should be updating my collection photos this Tuesday, when the first of two Chrome Spyro's come in. I don't have a tracking number for the second, but it was shipped out a couple of days ago as well.

I am still trying to figure out how to arrange my wall yet again. I have a couple of ideas in mind. I am just hoping said idea(s) will work.

I will say...they did a pretty brilliant job on the paint job...getting that good of chrome on toy is difficult to replicate...trust me...I've been working on one and most paints don't get that good of definition and clarity... thanks for the pic t7gga

EDIT: And I have to give a shoutout to the two people who thought of me at E3 and helped me get these. Getting this would have costed me a good chunk of coin, however, two people made it the polar opposite. For that, I am eternally greatful.

Grats on buying a great game that is arcadey. Us open-minded adults are what help games like this thrive when many shrug them off, due to AAA titles that come out every year. This is AAA to me. Thanks for the comments on my collection. I hope you enjoy the game.

Every country - it seems - besides the US, has a Dark Spyro single pack. I won't buy it until it comes out without that god-awful pegging the Euro packaging has. Like I mentioned, above, I have always thought they would release Spyro, Gill, and Trigg as single packs. This E3 exclusive just lends more credibility to it, as they now have the packaging complete for a single pack Spyro. That, and when Giants releases, people will have to buy Spyro, Gill, and Trigg somehow. I bet we also see them in a triple pack.

It takes about 10 minutes to design a package...and probably a day to run the print run for the Chrome E3 Spyro. They probably spent a day producing those figures to give away total. Why would they bother releasing the 3 most common figures in single packs. Especially when you consider they may do reposes of all 3 in Giants. The only people who would buy the single packs are people who want to collect them in package...and that's simply a pointless thing to do. There isn't enough reasoning to do it. If they do it, they'll wind up with a pile of those on the shelves. Your crackpot theories...and you in general a literally just plain way off. And just so you're clear. You got it on Monday and he's had it before you. Yes, you both have them. But you proved the theory that it's truly important for you to be first to have things...like a spoiled 5 year old. I mean...it's a forum you're a braggart in...it's just pretty sad...the only people who don't know it are the little kids. I've avoided the forums here because you made it pretty much the GM78 show...which is YOU making it that way. And you seem to still be missing your flocked stump smash. Also, that will be a better time to update the pics with better quality images, as I am using a camera from a couple of years ago, which doesn't trump the camera I was taking pics with.
