I took the ellipse select tool (this was made in GIMP2 :3), selected a small-ish circle. Used the ellipse select tool again, this time with the "remove from selected area" option on, to give myself a thin ring of selected area. I went around the ring with white using the paintbrush tool (with the "opacity with pressure option" selected in the brush dynamics), leaving a bit of the ring less opaque than the rest. moving to the inside, it was just bits of smudged white dots and translucent silver lines. :3 It's easier to show it than describe it, because I suck at describing the ways I do things. X3

Oh nice! You're getting better at lineless drawings. The face probably needs more shading to define the features a little more. It's good. I like the floating island thingy in the middle of the bubble.

I've been drawing them so much because my mind is the only truly peaceful place anymore. The only place where I feel like I can be myself and speak my mind and do whatever I want to without fear or dread or guilt holding me back. The mind is the best place to be.
