Your chances are not great. Quite a few folks (most?) who got a Dark Spyro (via the 3DS pack, buying from overseas) bought him specifically to fill out a set. Seeing as his availability is so low (for those that don't need or want to buy the 3DS starter), you're not really likely to find a used one at GS. Most folks who have him probably realize he's worth more than they would give him and, if hard up for money, would eBay him instead.

Thi sis the second person to find the new figures at TRU. Someone posted on the forum, Wham Shell in California, that he found WHAM SHELL in TRU. Now we wait to see what TRUhas up their sleeves. I bet they have a promo already planned.

I didn't notice until i got home and was taking photos to show my friend, and they didn't have any more when I went back there

so I'm keeping this one in the pack until I get one that I'm more satisfied with.

Managed to acquire a random Dragon's Peak from Target of all places today - I didn't think Target was carrying much (if any) of Wave 5 yet? Or is Dragon's Peak considered Wave 5?

[Edit] Ah, Dragon's Peak was a Wave 4 TRU exclusive for awhile, that explains why I hadn't seen him in my wanderings up to this point.

Just need the infamous Wham-Shell and I've got the Basic 32. I don't expect to fulfill that for a couple months, since I won't order on-line and won't pay above retail costs. I'll get him when I get him.

FOR GOODNESS' SAKE!!!! isn't there a single warnado I can get without a defect? My tesco order of Camo & warnado just arrived and warnado's back-right foot is too upturned

Sending it back and gonna wait for another WITHOUT a defect. I'm a bit picky about paint jobs and how they're assembled, especially my favourites (see signature). Here's hoping the next Warnado that i get meets my needs, or I'm gonna get really pissed
