I got lucky today [CLOSED]

Today I went to my local game stop as i walked in they were opening up a new box of Skylanders. They did not have a Wham-shell, Camo, or Warnado but what they did have is a gold ChopChop. The only thing was it was smashed in the box (see link to pic) but i don't care it is my first gold Skylander smilie.

Once you do find the last ones, I guarantee you'll like this Chop Chop better. It's massively, hilariously more rare and special than any regular figure, even the ones you're missing. Congrats! /jealous

Since the box is damaged, I would open it because it would have the same value in a bashed up box. (And you can observe it)

Simple trick for a pristine box. Open the one you have. Buy a plain Chop Chop from the store. Use a hair dryer to cleanly remove the front of the packaging, leaving the plastic part sticky. Put goldy in the box. Re-seal while it will still adhere. Suddenly you have a mint condition gold Chop Chop on your hands, with a flashy new box.

The hair dryer method takes practice, but does work. If the box is bothering you, there's your solution.

Real Gold Skylanders start at level 5 with 2,100 gold while a fake Gold Skylander would not.

Unless of course you have the software to hack your figures with whatever level and gold you want... Not that I'm suggesting anyone do this, but it's certainly possible.
