Went to Walmart this morning and looked at their back stock boxes and found zook, lightning rod, and ignitor single packs. Awesome find.

I called Target today and they had zook lightening rod and ignitor and the guy was nice enough to hold them for me. I have doubles that i am working on now. Below are my doubles. The picture is based on rarity according to how many are in stock per store in MI. Sorry if the Picture is a ebay URL it is the only way I know how to get pictures on here. They are not on ebay at the moment. I am making a Christmas time stash

I consider myself very fortunate to get an extra Zook Ignitor and Lightening Rod today at Target. I have not seen any in a month and Target only had one of each.

Ignitor: Company is doing this on Purpose heres why. "IGNITOR" (Fire Element) - Rare and Very Hard to find in stores! One of these figures has a pack ratio of 1:2.5 cases. What that means is that within every 2-3 cases of Skylanders figures (6 figures in a single case), only 1 of these figures will be contained within the 2-3 cases! What does that mean? It is considered a "Chase" figure and is Rare and VERY hard to find!

It was just behind the Peg on the rack. Actually when I called the guy must not have noticed Zook because he only said he had LR and Ignitor and I nearly fell out of my chair. Luckily I went to double check and there was Zook hanging on a Peg surrounded by a bunch of lonely Stealth Elf's. I guess the employee didnt notice Zook because of all the green, but I did. I checked everyone.

Oh wow, is Ignitor really that rare? Huh.. I guess it's a way to get people to either make a choice: Get him in the 3DS pack or try to find him in stores.

I wonder if Whammy is rare like that..so it's why not many people have found him? Or just stores being lazy and not putting stock out.

The last six are the rarest

Really thinking about going back and picking up the ignitor I stashed at Walmart. PM me if you are in the saint louis area in Missouri for the location of him.

Nice job Trixster somebody listened. That confirmes Ignitors rarity I had mentioned earlier. I got two spares for Christmas time, but my Wal Mart did get some in for now. If my prediction is correct there will still be people looking for the original figures when Giants comes out because stores will be replacing them soon. I got a tip today from a Best Buy emloyee People will still need the old figures that buy Giants that didnt get the original game at first. Just my prediction. Giants will make the original Skylanders look like a picnic in collecting these figures

The harder Activision makes it to get figures, the more I and other customers realize it isn't worth it, and I and others will spend our money on games that not only cost less, but doesn't require multiple tanks of gas to track down.

If Activision wants to be dumb, let them. If they want to make things easier, they would make a crapload of money.

They are making a crapload of money! That is the point....... I only bought what I saw because I know people are looking for them and I am no scalper and am not in it to make a killing only trying to complete my set and helping a few others complete their sets how cool is that?

Finally found both Legendary Trigger Happy and the triple pack with Lightning Rod, Cynder and Zook! Now I just need... well, I still need quite a few. Empire of Ice, Dragon's Peak, Double Trouble, Camo, Warnado and Wham-Shell...

I could've had Double Trouble now, too - I saw the triple pack with Whirlwind, Double Trouble and Drill Sergeant in several stores, but I already have Whirlwind and Drill Sergeant... Maybe I'll trade them in and buy the triple pack if I can't find a single pack Double Trouble soon. :I

So my Target is so nice. They got 2 more Ignitor and 2 more Zook and one more Lightening Rod and they are holding me another set. Wal Mart is so bad they won't hold anything for you. This is the same guy that I talked to yesterday at Target btw. Well if I can't get Wham-Shell for awhile I am going to stock up on Ignitor Zook and Lightening Rod. I'll keep the recipts, so don't worry I wont loose money. If people are planning to buy them for Christmas time buy them at Target because they have a 90 Day return policy. I actually have my own set though and I will post picture as soon as I get Wham-Shell in the mail

I bought the legendary triple and legendary trig at TRU this morning. At first I didn't want them but I just happened to be at TRU and couldn't resist. They remind me of a pokemon game, everyone has a main team of 6 (in this case the original 32 skylanders) and everyone catches the legendaries along with their team.

By what I can see Amazon has already reached their pre-order limit.

So earlier today, since TRU was having it's event, I was gonna call at opening time and reserve a copy of Dragon's Peak, they said they couldn't hold it and the two they had gotten in had been sold BEFORE the store even opened, go figure. Second TRU had six and sold them all in the first half hour (and had some poor hysterical child bawling his eyes out for it ). I then called Best Buy and they said they had /16/ copies of Dragon's Peak, but for $59.99, I told them to hold it etc etc. Turns out they misheard me and were holding a Starter Pack for me. OTL Luckily there was one Dragon's Peak and one Empire of Ice left on the shelves, and I snatched them right up. :> Got an extra Volcanic Vault too!
I went to check the TRU anyways in person, nothing too exciting, lots of Eruptors, Drobots, and Ghost Roasters, picked up a Lady Rainicorn plush instead, haha. xD

Super awesome thank-you's to NinjaHarley, without that Best Buy thread I would have never gotten my Dragon's Peak at last! You rock!
