Still no Camo, Warnado or Wham-Shell here in Connecticut. I'm starting to get frustrated and I'm getting closer to thinking about just paying the high prices on Ebay.

Neither Camo nor Warnado have shipped at all, in any way, to central DFW, at any store. These scattered shipments are idiotic. If you don't have enough to supply them to the entire country, there's no point in sneaking them out the back door for a sudden release. Hopefully Wham Shell receives realistic distribution, or Activision's alleged step forward will have them looking even more ridiculous than they did before.

My theory is that Wal Mart is useless to call. You have to just go there. There excuse is they can't hold them for you. I am surprised I got them to hold Camo and Warnado on April 5th. The employee must not have been into buying them at the time. I am complaining to the Manager about the Electronics Department at one of my stores. I dont think it will do any good though.

No Wham Shell in San Antonio, TX today. Is anyone else in the central states having any luck?

Wal-Mart has proven to be "inconsistent" in repect to their policies from associate to associate. Each associate seems to view company policy very subjectively at times.

I think Walmart does an ok job. The only thing I don't like is that they should check the stock of certain figures on their computer.

I love Walmart. Go there in person ask them for their back stock and they bring out the boxes for you to go through.

i havent checked since friday, but i will be on the hunt again tomorrow. for all of wave 5. metro atlanta area. if you know of a store around here that has had them, let me know.

everytime I ask for help at wallmart the workers look all pissed off and just try to give short answers to just walk away. I have always hated wallamrt tho eh....

Seriously I don't know how some of you find Walmart's that have boxes just sitting in the back. I've got 8 stores within an hour or less from me and none of them have any.

The Walmart closest to me in Darien has all these Indian guys working there. That in of itself isn't a big deal, except they have no clue what I am talking about ever.

I think I read somewhere that Walmarts in the south part of the country are stocked with the friendliest employees. Those in the north as all bitter about life.

I've never seen any foreigners working the electronics section until today. I said "excuse me do you happen to know if you have anymore Skylanders figures in the back?". He's said "back? oh no we have none just what is over there". I'm like "yeah I looked the pegs are completely empty". He said "oh yes they don't last just maybe 2-3 days and they are all gone". All I could say was "alright well thanks anyway" and walked away.

Totally agree, Walmart wont even check the back. It's like oh yeah those are all we have. So I called Walmart today and I said do you have any skylanders. The lady's like yes we got our new shipment, we have bash, drobot, eruptor, and dril sarge. I was like ok... Yeah. If only they could like check the back or something I mean REALLY NOW! I remember I talked to a foreigner on the phone at Walmart and I couldn't understand. However I gave him the code for ignitor and he ACTUALLY checked the back for me! Anyways, if only Walmart was like best buy...

My best advice is to ask a younger employee, one that actually knows something about electronics, instead of someone just looking for a job. Thatch been my best luck.

I actually had a very helpful employee today at Walmart, he unlocked the cage (this walmart has them locked up with the wii games on the very lower shelf) and picked up a starter pack, flipped it over and went through them all with me, letting me know which ones hes seen and which ones he has more of in the back..this is how I got my warnado and camo.

Besides that, Ive always gotten the "whats out is out" response but Ive noticed if you drop a name they will more than likely go in the back and look...ex: "hello -insert walmart employees name here- told me you had more skylanders in the back, would you mind looking to see if you have -insert skylanders name here-"

Yeah I've tried the "Manager the other day told me to come back today and ask to check in the back." That sometimes works.

Well I tend to stop in at night after work, so its usually the same employees or one of the managers, though sometimes they really don't want to help, but you gotta lean on them a little thats when I drag out the upc codes and "The lady the other day said you guys had some in the back, but she was helping someone else and I didn't have time to wait, if you could look, I'd be more than happy to look through the boxes myself" Or "They said you guys had some more coming in I was wondering if you could look in the back and see" If you bring out the UPC and the number is higher than whats on the shelf they have some in the back, but for the more subborn empolyees just start asking if it shows there are any on order, or if they can look up the other stores stock which they can do, to save yourself some time, normally if you ask enough questions they'll realize had they gone and looked in the back in the 1st place, you would've taken up less time, and the next time they'll be more helpful, Now I'm to the point where I just have them pull up the UPC and if they have gotten more in then they check otherwise I just have them pull up the other stores, One of which here has 90 skylanders in stock but their not a 24hr store so I have to find the time to go there

My Walmart got a new shipment in this morning, but apparently no Wham Shell. I don't care nearly as much since there's the pre-order that sykotek graciously posted, but I'd sure as hell like to have one in my hands to be able to play in the game!

I'm in metro Atlanta as well. No Wham-Shell around here yet, but Camo and Warnado have made it here. I got Camo and Warnado from Walmart on Chastain Meadows in Kennesaw last week.

MI is definaly the slowest to get anything. My opinion if Target just got in Ignitor Lightening Rod and Zook this month, but only one Target got them and two Wal Marts and I was able to buy 2 sets in two days of Ignitor Lightening Rod and Zook it will take till next month, May till MI sees a steady flow of Camo and Warnado. Then June we will start seeing a steady flow on Wham-Shell. MI is always late with everything and that proves it with the post office. MI is just a bad state all together. I can't complain about Target though the last 2 days in a row they been great

So Wham Shell has only popped up at Best Buy and Walmart, correct?

Three Wal-Mart employees I have talked to were very interesting characters. One was Brandon (pronounced Brundan) straight out of Night at the Museum 2. With all 3 of them there was no way anyone was going to the back. I try to take my kids with me to the store for support but these guys gave no quarter for young ones.

If I keep on trying I eventually get the right person to hold them for me at Wal Mart. They are holding me another Ignitor Lightening Rod and Zook set. It is only a matter of time before the rest come at a steady pace IMO. I even have an envelope with all my recipts for my doubles Just in case

Lol, with the way you guys are talking about Walmart employees, I dont blame them for not helping you. Walmart employees are people too. Sure, there are some jerks but we're not all. I've gone out of my way to help people on this forum. Lighten up.

I was at a Walmart today, and the middle-aged fella couldn't have been more helpful. He looked up Wham Shell, asked a fellow clerk, and even checked the back.

Kesrael Can you honestly tell me that Wal Mart employees don't buy these? Is that why MI has not seen Camo and Warnado at a Wal Mart? I have not seen one since April 5th. I really think you guys are buying them when you stock them after the store closes, or even when they are opened. You probably go through the boxes before you put them out in "the back room." It seems odd that my Wal Mart has so many Ignitor Lightening Rod and Zook now but no Camo Warnado and Wham-Shell? Why is that did you guys all make enough money on Lightening Rod and Zook and Ignitor that you dried out the market for them? Hm, actually I'm the only one who works there and plays Skylanders and the last 6 new ones I've got - Cynder, Double Trouble, Zook, Lrod, Camo and Warnado, none of them came from Walmart. Lrod and Zook were TRU and the rest GameStop. So you can take your false info elsewhere. :-) oh yea, and my store did get a bunch in today. I picked up a second Drobot, there were tons of him anyhow, I hope that is ok w you and I was going to get a second Zook but I decided to leave them and get one if there are any when I get to work tomorrow. Sorry I'm so greedy.

EDIT and Camo and Warnado don't ship w Lrod and Zook. They are 2 deferent waves. We got a bunch of wave 4 in today and NO 5. Your argument is invalid.

Nah. If you hit it literally once per minute, it's not frequent enough that they're going to shut you off. They're worried about if you're trying to attack them to deny others service, and at one-hit-per-minute, you're clearly not doing that.

Nah. If you hit it literally once per minute, it's not frequent enough that they're going to shut you off. They're worried about if you're trying to attack them to deny others service, and at one-hit-per-minute, you're clearly not doing that.

shell script? Use PHP and the file_get_contents or cURL module. I have one and it works like a charm.
