Well I guess it's only fitting that I am not the first to get the last one since I was one of the first to have all of them when everybody else was still looking around Christmas time.

And people called me a liar for saying they were here in VA because I didn't post pictures. Wow. Btw, there are listing on ebay from Idaho now so they aren't just one the coast.

Alone. Idaho is considered the West Coast I believe...it's just 5 hours drive from me.

My Wal Mart is so stupid they say call back at 10 30 pm we might get shipment then the old fart doesnt even remember saying it. Someone was there asking where they were when I was on the phone with them just now. OMG Buy the old ones people Im telling you now don't overlook the old ones.

My Wham - Shell sold for 232. Then the buyer completely flaked, no response, no payment, nothing. So I listed it again, this time, someone in Pennsylvania offered to buy it outside of eBay for 200.00. They put the money in my account, it cleared, I shipped the Wham-Shell out, and today I get a message from paypal saying a buyer is disputing the transaction and that he never received it!!!

What the hell? Some kind of Dark Spyro hex has been taken out on me.

All you have to do is provide a tracking number and you will win the dispute.

Yeah...Get a tracking number...hope you saved your receipt from when you shipped it. And that sucks. I don't trust ebay at all in regards to high price ticket items that are 10 dollar items normally. It usually means someone's gonna screw ya on the money. Good luck!

Regular, Crystal, and Prism Break Shell

That explains my Broken arm on the Stump Smash is a Legitamate Factory Defect Apperantly there are six different figures that we know of with broken arms. I think someone thought it be funny to do this. That is not an accident Not to be off topic just comparing Factory Defects!

I dont get how that happens. Wham would be on one assembly line...and when packaged it would strictly be runs of Wham. The only way this happens is when they switch their run over to Prism Break, a new backer could still be in the assembly press and it slips by quality control when they start the new run. Which means every time they make that run, it spits out 1 defect possibly. That or they seal them up and when one has a caught defect they pull it and it throws the print run off. Not sure. I don't know enough about their production methods to truly have an answer. But it seems like a pretty elite screw up. lol...but I wouldn't pay money for it honestly...cool pic though...did you buy it? And did you buy out their stock of Wham-Shell?

I checked three of my Wallys and no luck. They do have some on order though. Xero, would you happen to know how long it takes for on order shipments to arrive to the stores?

And to answer IAmSwag's question. I have officially waited about 3 weeks for their on order shipments to come in. With that being said, they do get random shipments sometimes and you never know when they will hit. Heck, their website or any website in the US doesn't list Wham-Shell. Just saying. I wonder if this shipment is a small leak to drum up more excitement. And I feel it's all to hype the game more. Chase the figures...that's what they want us to do! I did not expect this shipment. In my area we have a Walmart employee spying his shipments to us. So that was how I was tipped off. This is now free for anyone to know. You all must outsmart the scalpers. I did my part! Keep an eye on other stores too though...I can't stress that enough. Don't bank on one store. It could immediately shift to another store being the "hot" store. Gonna be interesting these next few weeks. I'd not be surprised if we see a month of no activity Skylanders wise...shelves will dry up...and then they'll turn the watersupply back on. Okay...good day for me...time to rest my head.

Long and short. Walmart's inventory system is faulty...just keep checking back at stores at 5-6am and 3-5pm...if possible... Unless you want to be a diehard and show up at 4am when the store is dead and the night people have stocked shelves...which may very well happen.

What possible reason would I have to come on here and lie? This happened to another person on this board when he said his friend bought a camo at Gamestop. You people need to stop being such nay sayers and believe not everyone is out to get you.

A lot of the Wal-Marts in my MI have sold out even of old figures. This is just as I thought would happen.

It's not really so much of anything against you, it's just...with new releases and stuff, especially one of the FIRST ones in the US, we need more evidence than just "This happened". Pics, receipt. Anything.

As I talked about over here in another instance of not believing someone, anyone can make a baseless claim. Even if you ARE 100% legit (and I'm not saying you aren't) without actual proof, it means nothing.

It seems like we should be more trusting, but we can't. Not in today's society. Its a shame, but..that's the way it is. And I mean, it's not really just in this fandom. You can't go some game website and say "Hey, I saw us getting in the new Wii-U today, but we only got a few of them in." And then that's it. No evidence besides that? You'll be laughed at for days.

It's pretty sad actually. As I have given correct information of what goes on at least at my Bestbuy on a few occasions since I came here. I had the info about the free VV last week but decided not to share it because no one would have believed me. I am pretty much done with this board. He said it better than I could. It's not personal. I'm not calling anyone a liar. I am, however, refusing to believe MOST, if not ALL, info on the internets without proof. This doesn't just go for Skylanders.

I sympathize with you, tho. I work as a game reviewer and I generally get games by mail days, if not weeks, before they hit stores shelves. As a matter of fact, I had the Wii and 3DS versions of Skylanders about two weeks before they came out. Currently, I'm working on reviews for the Devil May Cry collection, StarDrone Extreme, Witcher 2 and Gravity Rush - all titles that either aren't out or just came out. I certainly don't expect anyone to believe me when I say this (I won't post any pics, mostly to prove my point), but there it is.

On a side note, the ABSOLUTE BEST part of my job is trading games to GameStop on their launch days. When I tell the employee, who inevitably always says, "This just came out today!" that I've had the game for weeks, the look of envious bewilderment is just gold. It's also nice because my GameStop now knows NEVER to ask me about per-ordering anything, because I usually get stuff before they do.

So, to make a long story short, no one should believe anything online without verification. Period.

Mine are stuck in customs. Almost tempted to see if someone on the east coast would help me out, and I could sell the ones I get to others at cost when they arrive.

I always reward extra, for peoples' troubles in helping me. However, if not, oh well. I should have them sooner or later. I hear the customs mine landed at, basically sucks, lol.

I'm around Olney, but I've checked Rockville, Gaithersburg, Wheaton and Germantown on bike with no results for him.

well talked to my electronics person today and gave them the # for wham shell, he said 48 skylanders and wham shell should be part because it said expected to arrive.
