I tried one code, and when I submitted it, it said unable to process my request...server error. When I tried to resubmit the page, it said the code had already been used. What a waste!!
OK folks, I just had this happen as well. Enter code...submit...internal error...retry entering code...code has already been used. So I checked out the "support" number on the website and it is the same as the contest line. I thought that maybe I hadn't been listening long enough to options on the phone menu and hadn't heard the option for support. WRONG! There is no option for support on the call-in line. So I decided to go old school and press 0 for the operator right as the menu options started...It worked! The rep said he had no idea why I got the server error and that I should try entering via the 800 number. To which I told him that I've been trying the 800 number to no avail, which is why I had to call a friend 2 states away to buy me some da** chips from his local Acme. The rep then told me that he would send an email to his manager and see if there was any way to get me a replacement code. I had to give him the email, the zip, and the code that failed. I'm eagerly awaiting a response....
So, long story short, if you get the internal server error when trying to enter a code call 1-800-646-2904 and press 0 as soon as the menu items start being listed. That'll take you to customer support where you can complain. PLEASE CALL!!! (be nice, please!) If nothing else, they will be more likely to figure out what the problem is if they are bombarded with a slew of complaints, and it might net you a replacement code! Good luck Skylanders fans!
