^It would be fine, if it were not for the fact that you obviously don't even know how to get gems, as you've been a member a month and have 0. Generally help topics are made by those with EXPERIANCE on this website, something you don't have.

Also, you obviously haven't read the rules, as you just broke one of them.

if you meen creating a topic it is down the bottum of the topic list which is in the forum (bottum of your previous page down the right)

Yes, that is. With this button. You click on and enter the way of creating a new topic.
You choose the name and what fences to speak. After the place where they go to market. Usually, you have your own topic.
