What a day! I just opened my first Skylanders figure today. It was Legendary Trigger Happy because I had two of them and they are so common right now. It was a great feeling. What a rush. I had to be very careful pulling the card out. I was surprised the card was difficult to get out. It was packed in there so tight. I won't be opening anymore though because I plan on keeping my collection sealed. Almost Done! I have 24 different Sealed individual figures! Four Expansion packs sealed Chapter 23, 24, 25 and 26 all sealed. I also have the super rare Legendary Tripple Pack sealed! I really want to buy the last three individual figures. Plus I have all the loose figures from the Starter Sets! The rare Volcanic Vault! I am so eager to complete the collection. I hope they release them already!

Just got Empire of Ice in the mail today

I got Dragons Peak in the mail today. I LOVE SUNBURN!!! The level is awesome and fun. And while I was at school my mom dropped into gamestop and grabbed a random thing of the shelf... It was pirate seas talk about good luck!

Blue Bash Research update: Ebay is flooded with Blue Bashes seems to have had at least 500 of the 4000 after the 200 Pre orders. The number should be roughly 3,500 left in peoples possession. Prices have dropped by about 10 dollars for now. I am glad I got my refund today from the Blue bash I bought on ebay the other day. I got out of that Jam. Phew! I got a Blue Bash for $5.00 at TRU yesterday. I am still pumped.

Both Voodood and the Zook/Cynder/Lightning Rod 3-pack came in the mail today... happy day! That's the last of the currently released ones, for me.

It does give me an extra Cynder, though (since it was cheaper/easier to get the 3-pack than Zook and L-Rod individually)... time to give the ladyfriend a figure of her own and get her hooked!!!

I am thinking about buying a Metallic Cynder from the NYC Toy Fair! Unfortunatly the only way to buy one right now is off of ebay.

I'm sure it's mint. You can always ask him if the box is mint. But most people with these in hand take good care and will talk about it's condition. Assume it's mint.

Xero I already have a set price of what I want to spend on a Metallic Cynder. Since one guy said he bought one on here for $189.00. I really dont want it if it goes higher than that. I have some good stuff I am willing to trade straight up for one as well. If anybody has a Metallic Cynder that is Sealed from the NYC 2012 Toy Fair PM me. I have anything from PS1-PS3 Games.

You will end up paying more than 189 pretty much I got mine at 199 well my dad bought it for me. I've seen them mainly for that much now if only pearl hex would go down

Not very exciting, but I just picked up the Ignitor single pack in Canada. It was the last of the basic released characters that we were missing. 29 down, 3 to go!

Thank you Xero-I got Metallic Cynder for $232.50 plus Shipping 5.00. The cool thing is I had $40.00 left over that my brother gave me for going to the Casino so I dropped that on it. Technically you can say I paid $200.00 out of my own pocket for it.

Just got my Dragon's Peak care of Aboveskylands. Nice doing business with you! And my 2 adventure packs came in. Double Darklight Crypts. Called 3 local gamestops. Drove over and traded it for Pirate Seas. Got my Dark Spyro single off a guy on craigslist for 15 (first time I ever paid over cost for one...but even then, they sell for 18-28 on amazon and ebay. So it was worth it to get it instantly. So officially, my collection is done sans the Legendary 3 pack...which I may buy on ebay or CL if I find it in the 40 dollar range. On to the final 3!

It's official Illinois stinks on ice. Was driving through the lovely state today on my way to a business deal and stopped by 3 Walmarts, 2 Targets, and 1 Toys R Us. No luck on wave 4 but everyone I asked at the electronics department said a scalper just swept through and cleaned them out.

The GameStop near my house has over 50 of each Warnado Camo and all of the new one and all adventure packs but there closed now.

Why are people fuelling this? Why not just wait. I can see for rare ones like the Mettallic Cynder or the Pearl Hex and the Gold and Silver ones but this is just a simple $9.99 figure. This is going to cause employees to buy them and scalpers to come into buy them. It will be a while before we see any Camo's IMO

Haven't been here for a while, been really busy with our girls and our 2 month old son.

I hadn't been actively looking for Skylanders the last month because of real life stuff, but the couple times I've looked, I've been very happy to see a rather steady supply of them at stores.

But, I did finally find our first Life element Skylander - Stealth Elf! In addition to that, I heard a rumor that the Easter Bunny might leave my kids the Pirate Seas Adventure Pack on Sunday lol!

My kids and I love Skylanders, and usually when I see figures/packs (that we don't have) I buy them, but I have no desire to pay more than retail + shipping for any of these toys. I'd love to have them all eventually, but I'm not "crazy" about it. Now that we have one figure of each element, we'll be expanding our collection as we see them in stores... but no big rush!

Called a few Walmarts none in MI yet. Walmart is very disorganized with the phone system.

Walmart in San Antonio, TX had Camo and Warnado !!! Took a chance with reading all the sighting and made a stop by my local Walmart. They had one of each up for grabs! I was shaking as I held them in my hands. Just need Wham Shell now. Good luck to everyone else. We're almost done before Giants hunting season starts at the end of the year.

If anybody finds me a Camo a Warnado and Wam Shell Ill trade for a Zook (Lightening Rod has Gamestop sticker on it) and Ignitor straight up. Whoever finds them for me first gets the trade. (Retail no ebay comparrison's) MI is slow at getting things. I think a lot of the employees buy them here. I called all day and no luck. I called 10 Gamestops and 3 Wal Marts. I have a feeling its going to take me two weeks to find the last three again. I dont think I am to happy about Gamestop buying Skylanders as a Collector its going to drive the prices down. Just curious if anybody would trade a Lightening Rod and a Zook for a Blue Bash I just got an offer from a seller on ebay. I dont actually have them on ebay. I was asking him about the Blue Bash before they hit TRU last week. Its funny how he went down from 2 sets to one set all of a sudden What would u guys do?

That's actually a tough call. It comes down to if you want to view things from a gamer or a collector standpoint.

I personally chose the collector standpoint with Blue Bash because he essentially doesn't present much in the game. He appears as normal Bash but with 2100 coins and I believe he starts off at level 5. Additionally, there were very few of them released, and I decided to hope that he'd be worth something more than $10 in the future. Plus, he's also the easiest variant to obtain at this time.

Now, whether or not he's worth a Lightning Rod and Zook is something I'm not too sure on. Regardless of how rare Blue Bash is, you could always exchange the L-Rod and Zook for something you need in a different Wave whereas a Blue Bash might be harder for you to personally let go of because of the variant thing. Not to mention the fact that L-Rod and Zook total to about $20 and I've seen Blue Bash auctions on eBay go for about $11 with shipping.
