Ugh, FINALLY!

I've been looking for a good Spyro forum for a while. It hasn't been an easy search, either. But, I digress.

My name (Obviously) is MarauderDragon, or MD for short (I know, the acronym is already taken). My avatar is costom-made - Made it myself; the emblem of a race I write about frequently, the Dragonarian Empire. Yes, I write. A lot. One reason I am glad I found this place - I have a Spyro fanfiction series I plan (at one point or another) to post here. The series currently stands at Book IV.

Now, on to a bit about myself. I am (somewhat) of an avid Spyro fan, having played the first few LOOOOOONG ago. I write (again) a lot, almost nonstop. I have a deep respect and admiration for Dragons (Just look at how I put together the Dragonarians), and I am something of a military nut. I have a large selection of weapons on my hard drive (bear in mind, these are images, not actual guns) that I use in both stories and role-playing on forums. I also excel at RPing and writing starship engagements. Yes, I have waaaaaaay too much free time on my hands.

Anyway, that's *part* of me. More to follow, I'll stay in touch (I've got nothing else to do.)

Howdy! I'm Iskierka, and I'm from Scotland.

I've been lurking this forum for a few weeks, and I've finally decided to register and start posting.

Year of the Dragon was my first real console game addiction, and I could only ever play it at my aunt's house, as I didn't have a Playstation. It was only a few years ago that I remembered that I had never gotten past Spike, and decided to pick up the game and a PS1.

Then, after one of my colleagues picked of the 3DS version of Skylanders, she convinced me to pick it up due to the fact it was more of a traditional platformer than the console game, and I didn't want to take that kind of risk at £55. Now, well, I think my collection might speak for itself. I'm planning on picking up the Xbox 360 version probably over the summer, to give me something to do while short on work hours.

Anyway, it's nice to meet you all, and if anyone can get my dragon-based name reference, internet cookies will be yours!

Afternoon y'all!
I've been lurking darkSpyro for ages, and finally decided to join after my little sister busted out the old DotD and asked me to play. She was hyped up on spyro, been collecting all the skylanders she could get her hands on, so I figured why not join? I'm an avid forumgoer, and one more wouldn't hurt. ; )
I guess since this is an introductory thread, an introduction is in order!
Y'all can call me Zirca, i'm sixteen, and if y'all havn't figured from the gratuitous 'y'alls' here and there, i'm from good ol' Texas! I started getting into Spyro games from the dentist, believe it or not. My dentist had a few spyro games for the console and I would play while waiting for my appointment. After that, I had my mom get me "A Hero's Tail", and have lapped up any games since then.
I'm an artist and a sculptor, and I make custom Skylanders figurines for my little sister, since she's an avid collector. (10, and already she's joined me in figurine collecting!)
Aside from Spyro, I enjoy Homestuck, Madoka Magica, VOCALOID, UTAU, and drawing and stuff.

to be honest, after the original spyro game i didn't play much - at the time i played spyro, absolutely every enemy terrified my to bits. recently, however, i've been replaying the original spyro game and letting a soft stream of nostalgia flow from my body. obviously, this is the place i would turn.

anyway, more about me - you need not inquire my age, because age is just a number, a passage of time. one can be youthful at eighty and wise at twelve.

and my interests: reading, debating (politics), watching anime, celebrating the earth, playing video games, etc.

but i've rambled. nice to meet you all, i hope i can bond with the community c:

Hai, I'm Shi also known as Kurui. I hated Spyro back when it first came out but recently had the pleasure of seeing Glumshanks and Kaos and I fell in love nearly immediately. Finally Spyro has something worth me looking at/buying!

I'm a gamer and game designer. I also love to draw, sprite, and animate. I'm getting my bachelors in 2D and 3D art/animation and I am getting an online certificate in Game design, and art/animation for games. Designing games is my passion.

I also love to write song lyrics and poetry, compose music, and sing. Well anything creative. I'm 26 years old and disabled so I mostly have to express myself on art by computer stuff. My style is pretty anime-like because I have a love for manga and anime style things.

Um, I also like any handsome guys on any games/anime. ;; (sorry Glumshanks and Kaos - my new victims)

Hello. I don't really hang around forums much, so I'm just getting used to this. I've been around Spyro videos on YouTube and thought I would like it here. I've been a Spyro fan since I was little, I own and 120% completed the first three Spyro's, I own and have completed almost all games in the series, and I'm into the new Skylanders spin-off. Out of all the games in the franchise, the only ones I don't like are Enter the Dragonfly, Spyro: Orange, and Shadow Legacy.

I'm a gamer and a writer. Right now, I'm a high school student and I intend to one day seek a career in the game industry, preferably as screenwriter. I also like to read and play music. My favorite type of novel genre is mystery.

Hey forum! I'm Kieran, a 15 year old boy from Scotland.

I'm a long time Spyro fan. (Got the original trilogy in 2000, so I was 4/5 when I started playing) I have been playing Spyro all my life, when I wasn't on the actual video game I would grab a bunch of my toys, (one being a Spyro toy)and I would pretend I was in a made up world of Spyro, creating side missions and stuff on paper ect... I done this till I was about 12!

In 2006 I got my brand new Xbox 360 that I would, until this very day, play. I would still play Spyro games on my other TV untill around summer of 2007. After that I kind of stopped playing Spyro altogether.

I have played every Spyro game up to 'The Eternal Night', And also the 'new' Xbox one. (NOT Skylanders, by the way.)

I will be mainly using my iPhone to post do there may be a few random words popping up!

Oh yeah! I almost forgot... By Christmas 2012, I hope to have every Spyro game from the original-The Eternal Night. I already have my old PS2, now all I need is a memory card and the games! I'm not a PS3 user do sadly I cannot download any of the games
Though I've been soo exited that I've been constantly watching reviews and Let's Plays on YouTube!

Lastly, I thought that Spyro died out... I did t think fans would be posting on a forum about THE ORIGINAL GAMES!!

Hi. I joined this site few days ago because I'm Spyro fan (classic/original Spyro games). I'm from Finland and I'm 16 years old but turn 17 on 6.6.2012. I would want a new classic/original styled Spyro game like the games Insomniac did. Gateway To Glimmer is my favorite Spyro game.

Hello, I loved playing the first three Spyro games when I was younger, especially Year of the Dragon. But then I sort of drifted away from gaming because of school and work. It's been awesome getting back into it and seeing what my favorite series have been up to.
