some people are beyond stupid ...

Very rare Skylanders playable action figure!

HEX - PEARL EDITION

This item is very rare and limited to the Nuremberg Toy Fair. Unfortunataly the arm of the figurine is "broken" inside. But the packaging has no harm at all...

The box is never opened and the item has never been used.

Sold as it is!

Happy bidding!

What a waste. In a resale market, it'd probably be worth next to nothing. They aught to just open it and reglue it together and everything.

Actually I doubt that. The fact that something is extremely rare has a manufacturers mistake makes it a bit more rare.

Well, I looked at the listing and to be fair, it doesn't mention that it was broken in the title and the first image is a stock image of an unbroken Pearl Hex, so it's very likely that the winning bidder never even looked at the description to find that out. Auction seems pretty deceptive to me, but it may not matter to whoever bought it...I mean, if you have that kind of money to burn...

On eBay you're responsible for having read the description. If they get it and it's broken and they didn't realize it, sucks for them.

@ialexonline: I understand, I'm just saying... what is with the stock photo of it not being broken... how difficult would it be to put that it was broken in a more visible place? It is the job of the bidder to read the description of what they are purchasing, but the seller should attempt to not mislead potential buyers. It just seems shady to me.

I agree but it's something that happens more often than not. So many people sell items and give a stock image...not even the item in hand...
