Edit: They are sending me a return label so I don't have to pay return shipping, but they won't send out a replacement until they see that the mistake is on its way back. Meaning, I won't get it until next week, when I paid for 2 day shipping because I wanted to play this weekend. Don't think I'll be ordering from GameStop any more.

My order from gamestop.com won't get here until tomorrow, so I won't know if I received the wrong item yet or not. Fingers crossed.

To gamestop's defense. I ordered 2 3 packs and got the 2 that I ordered in 2 days. Guess I got lucky with my order.

I think the difference is that Aaryana and I ordered the Adventure Packs, not the Character 3-Packs. Hopefully, my order wasn't screwed up.

You are correct. I didn't order a Character 3 pack. I ordered an Adventure Pack. They sent a Character 3 Pack though. Annoying, but the guy I talked to was super nice and helpful. I'm just mad that I paid for 2 day shipping and won't get the item until next week. It did come in 2 days, like I paid for, but the wrong item came.

I did, and the guy said he couldn't do that, but that he would over night the correct item. That helps, I guess. I was just really looking forward to playing this weekend on my study breaks.

I played the Game Stop wheel of fun and I got? Empire of Ice! How cool is that?

It came yesterday. I was so stoked when I opened that brown box and Slam Bam and the whole crew was looking at me going you Lucky SOB! lol.

Now I'm tempted to order. Empire of Ice wasn't even shown in the picture as a option...lame...but yeah...I may go for it, considering even if I don't get one, I can resell what I do get for same value.

I played the game as well and received Pirate Seas, worked for me. If there was a pic of EoI (only the other two were pictured), I would have ordered another to see what I would have gotten. Oh well.

LoL!!!! I just called gamestop. They show they are available in store, so they are holding Empire of Ice and Pirate Seas for me. The 2 Adventure Packs I need till the end of the day! Can you say, "SCORE!!" I am set. That pretty much finishes the stuff I wanted to get. I just need Cynder, Chop Chop and then new ones. I can dig it!

I dont think that I will do it because i got pirate seas today for 10 bucks (at gamestop with a coupon) and i already have darklight crypt. plus all gamestops in my area in a "50 mile radius" have adventure packs rite now. lol but i really do want the slam bam pack!

My Gamestop had 2 Empire of Ice. Bought both as i had 70 bucks in credit from trading in old games I never play. Paid for my pirate seas, and both empires. My collection is almost complete...almost...

I just wanted to send out a "thank you" to everyone contributing news to this thread. I had gotten my son the Empire of Ice Pack to give as an Easter gift and have been looking for the other 2 Adv. packs for the grandparents to give him. When someone posted about the Gamespot listing I jumoped at it and ordered two thinking, if I'll at least get one of the 2, and if I get doubles, he hads a birthday party to go to, and his friend is missing both of those packs too. Today I got my first shipment (I ordered with 1 one day and one the next), opened it and....Empire of Ice. Needless, to say I was annoyed. I called customer service and packed it up to send back. On my way to the UPS I stopped at the bank and while in line checked the forum on my phone. I saw the posting that someone had just gotten word their Gamestop store had some in stock. There is a Gamestop next to the post office, so I decided to check and see. SCORE! they had just gotten a Ghost Roaster pack 2 hours earlier. The store accepted my online order and gave me a clean exchange in-store. I was feeling lucky so decided to stop off at the mall on the way home to check the other local Gamestop - heck if 2 stores just got shippments maybe more have. SCORE! 1 Terrafin pack they had just received in a shipment. Now, my son has all 3 AND no matter what I get in the mail in the second package I know it is a great present for his buddy's birthday.

Wish I had Cynder and Chop Chop (which I am about to buy on CL for 12 bucks) but yeah...I am waiting on Cynder in the 3 pack on the 21st. Congrats on your finds! Everyone seems to be getting their wishes met! So hurray for that!

Amazon has all 3 bobbly stylus for 9.99 each. Free 2 day shipping with my prime memvership. I got all 3 for half of what TRU was asking for with tax and shipping. However they dont ship for a couple weeks.

Even with shipping it is cheaper than TRU's jacked up prices. Any chance I get to avoid giving TRU a single dollar, I take it. Even if I find singles of the new triple pack characters this week at TRU, I will not open the packages and continue to search for the triple pack elsewhere for $20.

Well...TRU triple packs are 19 bucks this week...so I bought a 3 pack there...otherwise...yes...their prices are jacked up.

I was hoping no one here would see those and run to be the first to post them. All it does, is show the scalpers who mooch off of this website - without contributing - where to find these things.

I've known about these since this morning, but wasn't about to post them here, because well, I'd be helping scalpers.

I bet you anything those Prism Break 3 Packs are already sold out. Why? Because people run to every site to post when something goes instock, which alerts scalpers as well.

Yeah. Said there were 20 in stock when I put one into my cart, and were so,d out before I could check out. I don't really mind waiting three more days for TRUs big thing... In fact, I'd get them sooner that way regardless.

I just wish there was a way to share this information between legitimate collectors that scalpers won't have easy access to. Maybe I'll PM dark52 and see if he can set up an invite-only subforum for us to share online availability in that scalpers won't be able to see.

They had about 17 an hour ago. I blame scalpers. However, scalpers wouldn't know, unless they mooched off of info people openly give others.

Now we can look forward to sold out preorders of new characters.

You totally could have once but not anymore. Now, I rely on zoolert to do the tracking for me because (quite frankly) I can't be arsed to do it myself.

Zoolert is another problem when it comes to this. Scalpers probably flock to it, too.

It's people with a big mouth, plus sites like Zoolert, that keeps scalpers aware, instead of them actually having to do their own work finding what site/store has them.

^Not everyone has the time, GameMaster78, to go looking and refreshing Skylander products. I know I would have missed out on two Skylanders had it not been for Zoolert because I was in class at that time.

It went by fast after I saw the posting in this topic. It said 20 at the product page but got reduced to 16 by the time I hit the checkout process and that took me less than a minute to hit that page.

I wish the site owner could help implement a filter that system that allows users only to view parts of a post based on a certain contribution count or some other factor. I've seen this done on another forum and it prevents users from simply mooching of with the info.

Double Trouble is available for 7.99 at the site mentioned above...HURRY!! Trying to be cryptic...
