going to keep this updated through the next few days. a lot of evidence seems to indicate my local TRU is getting wave 4 on tuesday, wednesday, or thrusday of this week. no idea how much or exactly what day, but probably on the UPS shipments.

i'll be calling around tomorrow, and post any photographic evidence IF this ends up being true.

I've made room in my schedule to go either Thursday morning or afternoon... so let's hope it'll happen!

Thursday would be the first of the month, so that'll probably be the day.
30 days would drop Dragon's Peak off at the end of the month, but I'd hope that Wave 4 is also in.

Nothing but waves one and two today at my TRU in NH. Plus we are due for a major snow storm Thursday, very bummed since we haven't had snow all winter.

I seriously doubt that wave 4 will be released this week. TRU has a sale going on right now where if you buy a starter pack, you can get two triple packs for free. I see this as TRU and Activision getting rid of older wave inventory. A Skylanders clearance sale, if you will.

I don't see any way that wave 4 gets released (at TRU, anyway) until this sale is over. Which would be Sunday at the earliest.

Getting rid of inventory? I don't think they have any inventory, I haven't seen a skylander on the shelf at any Toys-r-us or Walmart store in the past month.

I managed to find a few at TRU and snagged Dino-Rang and Zap but I am pretty much having the same situation. The only one left is Flameslinger.

Well, a sign at my store said for the promotion that Dragons Peak was included, although they didn't have any. That's why I feel Thursday is also a good bet since it's when they start the exclusive.

The TRU is my area also included Dragon's Peak in the listing of packs included in the promotion of buy Starter get two free. Would be odd to list it if the sale was only a week long and it wasnt coming out till after it was over.

No sign of Wave 4 today at m local TRU. I'll probably look next Tuesday, as that seems much more likely than Thursday.

no luck today. they got a lock of singles on the ups shipment but no new figures.

i'll try again tomorrow, and maybe show up to grab hex or something.

seems like activision has seriously cranked production into overdrive, but only on wave 3 figures

Like Namco51, the only figures I see are Hex, Cynder, Dino Rang, Eruptor, Boomer, Zap, and Wrecking Ball. *sigh*

u should have bought hex or cynder. lots of people r looking for cynder. Also, i've been forced to share hex with my sister, and i'm kind of getting tired of it

Long time lurker, first time poster. Thanks for this forum. Went to TRU today and there was about 25 Legendary Trigger Happy units. Small town of about 200k. When the re launch of the exclusive 3 pack of legendary released a week or two ago, same thing went in around 3 p.m. and there were 20 - 25 packs, went back at 7 or 8 and all gone.

Will report back on L-TH tomorrow or next day. Also, same as the above, Buy Starter G2 Free posted including Dragon Peak. Will let you know if I see any.

^I'm gagging! Went to two TRU this week and none had a L-Triggs and neither circular or w/e they're called promoted the Dragon's Peak pack.

Maybe NYC is not including it. -___-* I'd be tight!

The TRU just put these out today, maybe your TRU's truck hasn't come in yet (literally not figuratively). Will let you know if Dragon's Peak appears. My son wants ignitor more than any other ones currently out, but I can't break down and pay for a starter kit, even if DP+another we already have being worth it. :/

I live in Salinas, CA and the same here. Zap, Hex, Boomer, Eruptor, etc. But we do have a lot of Legendary packs.

It's possible that TRU is going to have Wave 4, and it's also possible that they're just trying to clear out their stock right now. After all, if they can keep holding sales and getting people interested in Skylanders, Giants is going to be ridiculous with sales and demand. It benefits both Activision and TRU overall.

I'm going to call the TRU by me tomorrow. I know it won't be March, but I'm hoping I can try to persuade the employee to tell me something, or rather anything, about the upcoming Wave release. Plus, I still have to get ahold of a L-TH and complete my Legendary collection.

I let you all know if I find out anything.

There is a little evidence of at least Dragon's Peak, as several stores have guaranteed that it works with the weekly sale. You'd think some would have turned up on eBay by now, because stopping every single store nationwide from breaking the release date is practically unfathomable, but I guess stranger things have happened. Like that time Legendary Trigger Happy came to Canada first...

Where is this ad, Tash? I keep hearing people mention it, but from what I saw in the ad, I saw no mention of Dragon's Peak.

I will find out tonight, if DP is coming out this week.

I originally thought everything said around easter. For DP or am I way off here.

Just called a nearby San Jose TRU. No L-Triggs today. They haven't seen any yet, but probably when in their next shipment tomorrow.

I've been feeling that the early March release would be perfect for everything. They're already releasing Dragon's Peak/L-Triggs at TRU for this first week, and it'd help other businesses who're getting the short end of the stick with these exclusives to at least have SOME stock in. (Not to mention that everyone has basically been sold out, so it'd be a shot in the arm)

That way, everything is out in time for Easter.

This source confirms that the Toys'R'Us exclusive come out in March:

That's what I'm thinking but then again if it's roughly going Nationwide around Easter then they can afford to miss the first few days of March. Which would suck for those of us who want it right away.

I think I came across this link lurking here before I had an account and bookmarked it. It seems like a reliable source, but who knows, the wording could be misleading.

Doesn't specify a date. When it shows up, it has 31 days of exclusivity.

The general consensus was that it doesn't really make sense to have a month of exclusivity, but release it randomly in the middle of the month. March 1st coincidentally lands on a Thursday, which is what a lot of the stores (or at least, TRU) seem to be getting shipments in, so It'd make sense if they got it then.

It's not really concrete proof, just a guesstimate.

My local TRU's get their trucks on Tuesday and Thursday. The last truck had L-Triggs. If that theory was right, my stores would have already had Dragon's Peak. They didn't, however.

Think about this. Darklight Crypt was 30 day exclusive, but stayed at TRU until around December, when stores outside of TRU finally started selling them.

I bet it happens with DP, too. It will come out in the next couple of weeks, or dare I say at the end of the month, where it will be exclusive for over a month. Calling it now.

People read. People also know not to believe everything they hear.

Darklight Crypt wasn't a 30 day exclusive. It was an almost 2 month exclusive, despite the fact they said 30 days. Hence, don't believe everything you read.

I'm not trying to be the bearer of bad news. I am just being real. There is a 0% chance of Dragon's Peak releasing tomorrow or Friday (should that be the day any given TRU gets their truck).

Darklight Crypt was in Walmart in my area on November 15, on the dot, with Hex, Dino Rang and Wrecking Ball. It might not have been widespread, but at the end of the exclusivity agreement, it was indeed around.

I saw elsewhere that it was a 30-day TRU exclusive being released sometime in March. It never said what day in March. Pardon me for not following your posts with more passion.
