CHAPTER 12: FAMILIAR FACES

Cyclone looked around. She saw a strange new castle in place of Crystal Eye Castle.
"Wait, what's that?" She said to herself.
Some trolls were dragging a green hedgehog inside. Within a minute, Cyclone swooped down, and knocked out the trolls.
"Thanks for that," the green hedgehog said, "I'm Slasher, I was captured by these trolls while looking for the Sky Troops. Do you know where they are?"
"Yep," Cyclone replied. "I'm one of them. Do you want to join?"
"Would I?!? Of course I would! But what are you doing here?"
"I'm looking for another Sky Troop member, she's a pink dragon."
"I saw some trolls draggging a pink dragon in there earlier. She was with a penguin, a monkey, and a cheetah"
"Great! Lets go in."

"Of all the luck!" Hunter said. "I thought you said there was no way we would get caught, Ember?"
"I didn't say that." Ember shouted. "It was Sgt Byrd that said it!"
"Look mates, there's no point in arguing, it won't get us out of here." a lava dragon said.
"Equator's right," Sgt Byrd said. "What we need is a way to distract the guard!"
"But we don't have any money!" Agent 9 said, "Which is why I'm gonna give him some more dancing lessons! When I get my lazers working again..."
"Silence in there!" the guard shouted.

Cyclone and Slasher had made it into the castle. They looked around, and saw a deactivated robot with a spirit flying around.
"Can you help me?" the spirit asked. "These evil trolls have deactivated my body."
"Urgh... Ok," Slasher said. He walked over to the robot and took a look at it. "How do I activate it?"
"You'll need to deactivate the energy supply of this castle - that's how they deactivated me..."
Cyclone sighed. "Alright, we'll help you once we've found our friends."
"Alright then, I'll come with you to be sure you don't ditch me though. By the way, my name's Ghost-Writer."
Cyclone and Slasher sighed. The three then walked off.

Cyclone looked around and saw a jail cell, with a familiar looking guard. He sotra looked like Auric, except, fatter.
"Halt, who goes there?" the guard asked.
"We are Sky Troops, and we're here to rescue our friends!" Cyclone said.
The guard laughed. "Nobody gets past me! All of the prisoners are locked up in this here cell, and I won't let them out ever! I, Moneybags, am the best guard ever!"
Slasher sighed. "Is there anyway you can let our friends out?"
The guard thought. "If you bring me a rare treasure, then I'll open the cell doors."
Ghost-Writer thought. "I know where we can find a rare treasure, but you'll have to follow me."
Moneybags stared at him, "I'm not that stupid you know. Bring the treasure here."
"Fine," Ghost-Writer said, "Cyclone, Slasher, follow me.
The three walked off.

"Here we are!" Ghost-Writer said.
Cyclone looked around. "Where is it?"
"You'll need to pull that switch."
Slasher walked over to a switch. "This one?"
"Yeah! That's the one!"
Slasher pulled the switch. A voice then shouted out:
"ENERGY DEACTIVATED!"

The robot body from earlier the flew over to them, and Ghost-Writer flew inside it.
"That's better!" Ghost-Writer said. He then reached inside his chest and pulled out a diamond.
"Is that the treasure?" Slasher asked.
"Yep," Ghost-Writer said. "Let's bring it back to Moneybags!"

The trio then ran towards where Moneybags was, and he was still there.

"Is this... a DIAMOND!?!" Moneybags asked.
"Yes," Ghost-Writer said.
"Fine, I'm a bear of my words, I'll leave and open the door." Moneybags said. "I haven't got anything worth this much since Kaos thought I sold him a REAL eternal Magic source."
Moneybags then opened the cell door and walked off.
Ember, Hunter, Sgt Byrd, Agent 9, and Equator walked out the cell.

CHAPTER 13: ESCAPE OF THE SKY TROOPS

"Thanks for the help Cyclone," Ember said, "Who are these two?"
"Your welcome." Cyclone said. "The hedgehog is Slasher, while this weird robot thing is Ghost Writer."
Ember smiled. "It nice to meet you! These are my friends who I brought to help. The cheetah is Hunter, the penguin with rockets is Sgt Byrd, and the space monkey is Agent 9. Oh, and this lava dragon is Equator, he was another prisoner here."
"Nice to meet you," Equator said. "So, I'm guessing yous are Sky Troops? If so, I'd like to join."
"Why not? The more the merrier!" Cyclone said.
Sgt Byrd looked around. "I think we should get out of here before their leader find out that we've escaped."
"Good plan," Ghost-Writer said. "I know the quickest way out, follow me!"

"Well, well. It seems like they've escaped." a voice said. "But nevermind, I'll deal with them later."

"Please? Can I?" Ghost-Writer asked.
Cyclone sighed. "We'll have to see what Alchemist says. He'll tell us if you'll be any trouble."
"Yay!"

"Who are you?" A purple Furred Drake walked up to them. "Are you with him?"
"And who is this him you speak of?" Sgt Byrd asked.
"That shorty dinosaur thing? Are you with him?"
"No, we aren't" Slasher said. "We're the Sky Troops."
The Furred Drake stared at them. He eventually said, "Oh, them. Just stay out of my way."
He then ran off.
"That was weird..." Agent 9 said. "Can I blast him?"
"Nevermind that," Hunter said, "We should get going."

"Groak!" Hugo shouted. "Get off of there!"
Groak was sitting on the Core of Light eating a fish sandwich. "Fine." He said. "But it's too boring!"
Alchemist, FoxFire, and Twister walked over to them.
"Look!" Twister shouted. "They're back!"

Cyclone, Slasher, Ghost-Writer, Ember, Hunter, Sgt Byrd, Agent 9, and Equator landed in the Ruins.
"We've found them locked up in a castle," Cyclone said. "These two have also joined - Equator and Slasher."
Ghost-Writer ran over to them. "What about me!" He shouted.
Alchemist looked at him. "Sure, you can join!"
"Yay!" Ghost-Writer got out his Mechanical Pencil and started writing on the Core of Light. "This is to my new friends!"
He had drawn a Sky Troops logo on it.
Hugo stared at him. "You're pushing your luck you know."

"Oh, one more thing." Slasher said. "We met this weird looking Furred Drake in there."
Hugo thought for a minute. "Was he purple, and a bit rude?"
"Yes, he was."
"Oh, that must be Mage." Hugo said. "He's a Furred Drake who pefers to work alone, but he's quite powerful."

CRASH!

The Sky Troops turned around. There was a huge shadow behind them...

CHAPTER 14: CRUSHING THE LIFE!

The Sky Troops turned around. There was a huge shaodw behind them...
"Fools!" The shadow said. "You didn't think I wouldn't realise that you escaped, did you?"
"Show yourself you!" Hugo shouted.
The shadow came closer. It was a big blue dinosaur with a club. The Sky Troops stared at it.
"Down here!" a voice shouted.
The Sky Troops looked down and started laughing.
"Hey shorty," Hunter said - still laughing. "What are you doing up here?"
"Silence!" he shouted. "I'm not shorty, I'm Ripto! And the reason I'm here is because my Master demands it!"
"Your master?" Sgt Byrd asked. "I thought you were you own boss?"
Ripto sighed. He then said in embarrisment, "Yes, but I need the money..."
"Hey boss!" the blue dinosaur said. "Can I beat them now?"
Ripto sighed again. "Yes Crush, go on. We need to take them to Malefor ASAP."
"Wait?" Cyclone said. "Malefor is your master?"
"Yes. I told you I need the money - even though it doesn't pay well... Crush now!"
Crush swang his club and missed the Sky Troops completely. But he did hit something. He hit Ripto!
"CRUSH YOU IDIOT! HELP ME!" Ripto was flying thorough the air.
"Coming boss!" Crush ran after Ripto.

Ghost-Writer stared at them. "Who here understood any of that?"

ONE HOUR LATER

Hugo was on his laptop. "Ok Danny, good to know that you've found Boomer. Oh, and if you find Spyro, tell him Ripto's back."
"Again?" Danny asked. "Nevermind, but Terrafin said he had seen Spyro the other day. But he looked different."
"Ok. Just try to hurry to find at least one Skylander of each element. Then you should try to find the portal."
"Ok, talk to ya soon."

Danny looked at the clock. It was 10:30pm.
"Better get some sleep.

Danny woke up. It was morning.
"I wonder if Dr. Umbra has finished the helicopter..."
He then got dressed and went over to Dr. Umbra's house with the Skylanders.

"Ahh... Danny, good to see you. I've finished the helicopter."
"Great!" Danny said in excitement. "Now we can search for the Skylanders!"
"But there is one problem." Umbra said.
"What's that?"
"You have school in one hour."
Danny looked at his watch. Umbra was right. Today was the day he needed to go back to school.
"**** I FORGOT!" Danny then ran over to his house to get ready. In less than fifteen minutes, he was completely ready. Breakfast eaten, Teeth brushed, and he was in his school uniform. He then ran off to get to school.
"Darn" Flameslinger said. "Now we can't search for the others."

BANG!

"What was that?" Boomer asked.
Umbra looked around. "It must be the boiler, it's always doing that, I'll go sort it out."

CHAPTER 15: BATTLE AT THE SCHOOL!

Danny stopped. He'd made it to school on time - in fact, he still had ten minutes till the bell went. He saw his friends and walked over to them.
"Hey Danny." One of them said. "How was your school holidays?"
Danny smiled. "Nothing much."
He didn't tell them the truth - mainly because he didn't think they'll believe him.
"Anyway..."

CRASH!

Danny turned around. Hex had just broke into the school. But, she looked weird. She had glowing red eyes. She shot some skulls high into the air.

Chop Chop looked up. "What's that?"
The other Skylanders looked up. They saw some magical skulls in the air.
"Hmmm..." Bash said. "That could be Hex."
"We better go there then." Terrafin said. "She owes me five dollars."
"Terrafin." Flameslinger said. "Do you ever think of anything other than the five dollars people owe you?"
"Yeah! Sunbathing, and digging."
"Nevermind, I wanna blow something up!" Boomer shouted.
The five Skylanders ran off towards where the skulls were.

"Flameslinger wait!"
Flameslinger stopped and turned around. "You! I thought you were..."

Hex looked over at Danny.
"YOU!" she shouted in a deep, creepy voice. "YOU DARE INTEFERE WITH MY MASTER? I'VE BEEN TOLD TO EXTERMINATE YOU!"
"Darn." Danny said, before running off.
Hex chased after Danny. She was shooting orbs at him, but kept missing. She finnally caught him in a corner.
"Stop!"
Hex turned around.
Terrafin, Bash, Chop Chop and Boomer were standing there.
"Why are ya doing this Hex?" Terrafin asked.
"FOOLS!" she replied. "YOU ARE ALSO INTEFERING WITH MY MASTER! BUT HE TOLD ME TO BRING YOUS BACK ALIVE. BUT HE WANTS THIS KID DEAD!"
Chop Chop sighed. "We may need to knock her out."
Terrafin smiled. "Great! I've been itching for a battle!"

Terrafin jumped and body slammed Hex. It was no good. Chop Chop attacked with his sword, Bash rolled into her, and Boomer did a Troll Smash. It weakened her, but she wasn't ready to give up. She threw an orb at them, which they barely dodged.
"Now Flameslinger!" Bash shouted. "Use your fire wall!"

...

"Flameslinger, did you hear Bash?" Chop Chop asked.
All four Skylanders turned around. Flameslinger wasn't there.
"Great." Terrafin said. "Now he's missing AGAIN!"
"Nevermind that." Boomer said. "Can I?"
Danny smiled. "Yes Boomer, you can."

Everyone else in the school were staying back at a safe distance.
"What are they?" someone asked.
"What are they doing?" another said.
"What does Danny mean by that?" one of his friends asked.

"Yeah!" Terrafin cheered.
Then Danny, Terrafin, Bash and Chop Chop all shouted: "BLOW IT UP!"

Boomer got out some sticks of dynamite, and a few troll bombs (don't ask where he keeps them), and he threw them all at Hex.

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!
