Don't know the exact release dates yet. Legendary Trigger Happy is already out in some countries, as I heard. --- but i love it all smooth

meanwhile.
nobody is entirely certain as to dates. most likely not even the distributors know for sure, and just get the toys as they arrive.
there's that rumor of wave 4 arriving at TRU this week or next, but it's a rumor.

just keep calling around, asking for managers, and asking if they have the manifest for the coming shipments. keep in mind they might legitimately not know

But I have cynder anyways, I got it from amazon because I pre-ordered it. ---

I got it for christmas. But before christmas when I went shopping I saw my stores overstocked on skylanders. The first week after christmas they were still stocked and that was when I managed to get Bash and Stealth Elf. I haven't seen another single pack of either since.
