I do not like your style, not in an offensive way.
It's just very unattractive to me.
I can tell you really try, but I've seen hundereds of other pictures that look just like your's.
What I mean by that is you need to branch out and try something new and different.

I'm not trying to offend you, I'm offering advice from a fellow artist.

And remember IF everything anyone's ever drawn has been drawn before, no matter if you haven't seen it anywhere before the style you use is constructed from seeing other peoples art work. Even the first person who ever drew aquired thier style and imagesthey drew from the world around the. The same goes for creating an OC technically you just used ideas from different things you have seen.
So what if you have seen the same style before "a million times" at least Bolt is brave enough to draw in the first place...
Alot of people give up drawing cause they think they're not 'good enough' when n reality everyone can draw.....
Uhhh... Sorry for that I just had to get it out there.. *face palm*

Indeed.
I may have come off quite blunt at the moment.
However, I salute her Bolt for even posting said art. It lets me know that s/he is persistent in this feild. However if S/he even wanted to stand out in the artist feild, they would have to create something entirly differing from the fandom.
First is the talent that Bolt has.
Second is training that talent to be unique.

It does. *groan* I know the feeling. Bolt seems to have alot of passion for drawing, I'd love to help her in anyway possible get out of that pit where nothing seems to expand community-wise. Soooooo, thats why.......

Meh, people have their own opinions and that's okay, but I can draw whatever I want however I like. I know what you're saying IF and I respect it but I don't really like when people tell me how to draw. I'm not trying to be harsh, but that's how I see it. I hope I didn't offend you.
And if you look closely at art you can see the difference in everyone's style. I've seen people that draw cats like me, but not dragons. They draw dragons like me but not in my style. I don't see how my art looks like everyone elses. May I have an example, IF?

This is a picture of Tex that I drew last week, I just waited 'till I got my new account to upload it.
Well, this picture looks quite simple, eh? Looks like it only would've taken like half-an-hour? Guess what... It actually took the whole day to draw. No, not because I spent soooo much time on it, it took so long because I got myself caught up on the internet and talking to Thunderdragon14 and her friend Tiger on Xat. Therefor I had to talk to them and draw at the same time so yeeaah...
I think Tex looks rather cute here, don't ya think? His little blush and all.

Here ya go, mini, Blue is done.
Seeing as Blue was a real cat, I decided to draw him in a more realistic style to what I usually draw. I made him look as fat as I could. I originally drew the picture traditionally but I then decided it would look better done digitally because I kinda messed up with the felt-tip pen.. X3
And the reason why his front paw is so big is because of perspective; yes, I had to put perspective in it, lol. And I just couldn't help myself to put some glowy effects in there either, or some colourful shading. Speaking of which, I think I kinda failed with the shading. X3
