Kmart had EOI, three pack with double trouble, and terra fin adventure pack. So check your Kmart's! They had just got them.

To go back to the topic, I found an EoI at Kmart near me yesterday. I've been going there just about every day and this was the first time I've seen anything there since before christmas. There was 2 Darklights, 2 Pirate Seas, and 1 EoI hidden in the back. So it looks like Kmarts have started to get a few things in.

I've actually found EoI really easy to find! They had like 30 at my walmart.
