Wave 4 in Kansas City??? [CLOSED]

Hey everyone! I was at BestBuy yesterday in Overland Park and one of the employees told me that a Kansas City BestBuy store got Lightning Rod in.

Any thoughts on why he would say that? Has anyone else seen Lighting Rod? I'm really looking forward to Warnado which is why I ask...

I just got a very vivid image of Lightning Rod with Admiral Ackbar's voice saying "ITS A TRAP!"

I'd doubt it though. The release is too soon from the other ones.

hi, i live in kansas city too. but, the people that work at the best buys, pretty much all of them, are full of crap and dont know what they are talking about. unless you see it with your own eyes, what they say has no value at all. he was probably confusing lightning rod with slambam (they are both blue). so yea, dont trust best buy ppl here.

Do you think that after all this time for us waiting for shipments to come in, maybe some employee's are trying to have a little fun with this? I wouldn't put it past people to start playing head games just to make their day a little more interesting.

No, i dont think they would be doing that, because if they work there all the time, if you mess with a crazy person, they will wait till you get off work, follow you to your car and well..., thats what a crazy person would do.. and im sure there are more than a few crazy ppl right?

employees are suppose to help customers. thats their job. i can understand why on the phone theyd do that, but in person i doubt it, for the reason listed above...

Shout out to all the KC folks. I grew up there, living in Maryville now. Had to drive down there to get Darklight Crypt back when they were only at TRU. I still remember looking at the dozens of Legendary three packs on the pegs and thinking, "Bah, why would I possibly want those?" Doh!

at this point i'll only really believe wave 4 claims if they come with a picture in the store
