i think a lot of us can agree that while the first 3 games were EPIC and had some of the best levels ever some of them were still pretty annoying so my question is...
what is your fav. and least fav. levels from each of the origional 3 games
mine are
from 1:
fav.= tree tops: because its fun and challenging
least fav.= Dr. Shemp: the dogs were annoying and the boss was too easy

from 2:
fav.= metro speedway: it reminds me of NYC my most favorite place in the world
least fav.= Aquaria towers: water level

from 3:
fav.= Enchanted towers: SKATEBOARDING
least fav. = cloud spires: really boring to play through and too goddamn happy

Spyro 1:

Fav - Lofty Castle - Love this level for it's music
Least Fav - None. I'm not kidding. I looked through the levels and names and can't find one I hate.

Spyro 2:

Fav - Mystic Marsh - Not sure why it's my favorite... I admit I love the mini-games and everything. I think it's the enemies that makes me like it the most.
Least Fav - Metropolis - I'm not a fan of machinery levels.

Spyro 3:

Fav - Super Bonus Round - The skateboarding level 'nuff said :|
Least Fav - Frozen Altars - Darn Yeti boxing level...

Spyro 1:
Even though my experiance was cut short of a glitch that happend when I tried to enter Gnasty's place. I don't remeber anything, but I have played and experiance it.
Fave:Lofty Castle. I love how Spyro turns red when the fairy's kiss him :3
Least fave: One of the ice level's in Wizard peak.

Spyro 2
Not my favorite, but probably 3rd or second if I was making an orginized list.
Fave: Zeyphr(SP) or Fracture hills I love how the breeze builder's and the pink blob's are in a war and the couple (Appropriately named Romeo and Juilet) found love through out this. The minigames I like as well As for Fracture hill's I love the yo-yo fauns, and the pig things dancing when the bagpipe's went off.

Spyro 3:
My all time favorite. I love the cute things the hatchlings do, and the awesome mini games. Not to mention Some of thing's you can say to Moneybags and the things he replies with.
Fave: Charmed ridge-I love the fairy tale element's in this level. And the motorcycle makes me smile.
Least fave:Desert ruins-I hate the green lava and the Shelia misson. But the tomb raider referance make's me chuckle.

Spyro 1:
Favourite: Lofty Castle. It has the best music out of the entire Spyro franchise and I love the atmosphere.
I also loved Tree Tops because it's fun, but Lofty Castle is still the best. :3
Least Favourite: Metalhead.

Spyro 2:
Favourite: Crystal Glacier and Metropolis.
Least Favourite: Robotica Farms.

Spyro 3:
Fave: Fireworks Factory and Sgt. Byrd's Base.
Least: Lost Fleet.

Spyro 1:
Fave: Lofty Castle
Least Fave: All Speedways

Spyro 2:
Fave: Scorch
Least Fave: Robotica Farms

Spyro 3:
Fave: Charmed Ridge
Least Fave: Haunted Tomb

Spyro 1
fave: Metalhead <3
least fave: Boggy Swamp (something about the environment bugs me)

Spyro 2
fave: Fracture Hills
least fave: Robotica Farms

Spyro 3
fave: Sgt. Byrd's first level
least fave: anything involving skateboarding

I wouldn't be able to choose, to be honest. I've started to realise that Insomniac Spyro's level design is actually pretty bland at it's core, and sometimes amateur.

I don't think you have any imagination at all, unless it's because you're just fed up of the first three games.

I thought the LoS level designs were pretty bland, boring, and uncreative, but okay.

Fave: Haunted Towers
Least Fave: Jacques

Spyro 2:
Fave: Shady Oasis
Least Fave: Breeze Harbor/Robotica Farms

Spyro 3:
Fave: Charmed Ridge (without a doubt!)
Least Fave: Lost Fleet

What does LoS have to do with this?

It was only mentioned because LoS wasn't any better than the Classics in level design, if not worse.

But I was speaking of the Insomniacs on a stand alone level, and this topic is about the Insomniacs. To discuss LoS is to go off topic. What anyone thinks of LoS is irrelevant to this topic.

But it's not completely off topic because it's about levels and level designs.

But most Classic fans don't like LoS invading their discussions of the Classics. I believe you yourself said that before.

I go off topic in the off topic board. Not the Spyro ones (at least not intentionally. I make the odd comment that goes off topic while in the Spyro boards, but never intentionally. Most of the time, I stay on topic).

That doesn't change the fact I've seen you go off topic before, and not just in the S&N board.

Come on guys, can you finish your conversation in PM or drop it (this includes BOTH of you, not taking sides)? I personally don't want this thread ruined by some stubborn argument.
