I couldn't get to sleep til 2 am and I woke up at 8.

Pretty much same here.

All night I slept a full 15 minutes.
First I couldn't go to sleep because my room was way too warm, but I finally did, and then 15 minutes later my cat knocked something off the table and woke me up.
