Chapter I: The ways to come, have so

Peyrite stood atop a hill, looking off into the autumnal twilight that pierced the sky, cloud through the Great Moons rising. His great blade he had created recently, of his power and of draconic might, lay across his collarbone, the bound grip's strip off the end waving in the breeze. Stood beside him his compatriots, his allies. Spyro, Amber, Sange, Chyron, and Malle. Though none knew yet what was to come, a powerful force of the demonic and genetic that would come to threaten the existence of all life.

Peyrite said, "I think...", to which Spyro said, puzzled, "About what?". Peyrite said, "The change. For now, twelve years after the banishment of Axel, I look to see Sange... last a child in my eyes... now a strong, bold young dragon. And I look at Chyron, who in our world had existed for now twenty-five years, a man less than a teenage Peyrit as he was. I think how Existence has convalesced, and the mark of Axel fades away.".

As the six looked to the horizon, a beam of energy, frozen metal and darkness incarnate on earth, emanate from the west. Spyro said, "I'm betting that means trouble...", and Peyrite leapt off to the field below as he shouted, "Stay there, I'm going to see what happened!". Peyrite pealed like wind on a razor's edge acrost the field, that even his form be of ethereality. He headed west, to the origin of the disturbance, the Dark Mountains, so named for their lack of day and their rivers of darkness and hatred and malice.

As Peyrite went into the valley, he held a firm grip of his great blade, that he know not what he could encounter. Peyrite saw crystalline blue scars acrost the earth, the crags covered in the wounds of a demon. Before Peyrite stand a Peyrit, or at least he thought it was. A voice came from the beast, that said, "So, you've come. I was beginning to wonder what I would have to get your attention... Excavenger.".

The beast turned, and to Peyrite's sincere surprise, half the face was of a human, a rutilist no less, and the other was half the face of a dragon melded to the being's head. One eye of a normal blue iris, and one of serpentine yellow with a piercing black slit. Half the face a soft apricot color, the other blood red scales. Peyrite said, "Who are you? More importantly, WHAT are you?". The being replied, "I am Macryas, half-demon of Laiamut Nakata, 'Lightless City'. Called to me are parts of the demon Axel, that I sustain him.".

Peyrite said, "You fused his empty shell he abandoned to you. That's all.". Macryas scoffed as he flit his lone wing, a sinewy aegis aboust his shoulder, stripped of its scales. Macryas said, "And now you come, wondering what I am to do.". Peyrite responded, "I want no conflict, just peace.". Macryas cracked a smile and said, "But peace is not what I want...", as he slit Peyrite's belly with his wing, and walked away.

Macryas voice said as it slowly faded, "I go to the Lightless City, suspended in cloud above the ruins of the Sky City. Joined in blood and flesh be twin Kaichvus, joined be blood and malice.". Peyrite seethed in pain from the demon's blow, as he went back to the compound, arm over his gaping wound. Peyrite knew well the demon's words, and knew time of war has come again. He made his way through the doors of the compound, that he may tell the grave news.

Peyrite said, "Macryas, a half-demon... he was the cause. But I learned things grave indeed. He wants more. He is going to become a Kaichvus.". Amber said, "Like Axel?", to which Peyrite said, "No... Axel was a Malice Kaichvus, one that is made of pure hatred. Macryas is trying to be a Blood Kaichvus, the twin form that is of sanguine intent. He wishes to make it where he can pull out of Naipham the demon Axel, that he may join their flesh and become a being one in whole.".

Chyron said, "But didn't Axel need unbelievable power to make himself a Kaichvus?". Peyrite said, "Yes, and even more so would be needed to bring forth Axel, and further more to begin the fusion.". Chyron said, "What could make such power short of the Three?". Peyrite said, "He shall take three things: The Gems, Nidhogem, and the Keening Moon.". Chyron said, "Explain.".

Peyrite said, "First he shall take the seven gems, and shatter them. The incredible burst of energy would be contain within a prismatic energy network. That power will be used to fuse him and blood and darkness together, that he be metamorphose Kaichvus. Next, he shall take all of Nidhogem, and destroy it, releasing Axel. Third, he shall stand he and Axel on two sides of the Keening Moon as their powers make it a pulsar, drawing their flesh together due to the tonal energy, and binding the two Kaichvus.".

Spyro said, "Well, why are we still here? Shouldn't we be preparing?". Peyrite said, "His armies will no doubt advance. Our defenses are good enough, we must focus on getting to the city. We have leeway at the Gem Break, or even the Fall of Nidhogem, but little can save us if the Keening Pulsar occurs.". And so, each suited up, and they headed out to Laiamut Nakata. The sky was dark, as the deep blue globe of water that surrounded the city in the sky roared tumultuously, the city looming over all on an island of the air.

Peyrite said as the six walked forth, "Death. I can only sense death. That is all that will happen.".

Redoing this, I suddenly got ideas and I don't know how to unlock threads.

Chapter II: The Ascension

Peyrite stopped, and gaze to the roaring azure globe, roaring and howling in the midnight air, and he said, "What is now in motion can never be undone. We must go forth, because long ago had we forfeit the luxury of the ability to go back.". As he utter the final words of that statement, Peyrite saw a great beam pierce the sky, and rupture the globe of water. From it came a beast, Macryas, the Kaichvus of blood he now be.

Peyrite took up his two blades, Anakas and Utima, and walked alone, to the Sky City. He said the others as his voice trailed off, "I will be back, stay here.". The great water globe that burst collapsed as Peyrite went forward, making the Floating City crash, leveling the Sky City below. As Peyrite came to the field, he saw the Kaichvus, Macryas, being of golden sheen and feathered wings, a being of hatred and dolorous gaze, eyes blood red with black slits.

Peyrite leapt to the rubble on which Macryas stood, that he may see him eye to eye. Peyrite said to the demon, "Lai chaxl, lai, lai... kae uo cihm.". (No end, no, no... but a song.)

Macryas said, "I come, in dolorous way and nightmare form, that flesh and being bend and raze. Bow before my path.", as he spawned in his hands two great ornate spears, which fire trailed from them at every swing and movement, by wielder will. Peyrite rushed forth, sending out a great storm of slashes, which the Kaichvus blocked quite easily. As the spears sang amidst their swings, whirling fire sprayed from the blades, which Peyrite drew to his blades and launched in a great fireball, knocking his foe back.

The two burst at each other, gliding their feet alongst the cold, cracked rock, and a tumult of slicing and blocking ensued as the battle raged. Finally, the two summoned their power, and sheathed their weapons, as they blasted light and dark together, to overpower and destroy, and as the power reached its zenith, an explosive force pulsed out, blasting Peyrite at a phenomenal speed into his tower at the compound, and sealing Macryas deep in the recesses of the Dark Mountains.

Peyrite woke, a few days later, in a bed in a medical station at the compound. Not so much did the concept of his unconsciousness call his attention as did the fact he noticed only four around him: Spyro, Sange, Malle, and Chyron. Peyrite said, "Where is Amber?", clearly distressed at her sudden, and rather unannounced, leave. Spyro said, "Um... I'm trying to find a way to put this lightly and gently for you...".

Peyrite said, "Do you, or do you not, know where Amber is?". Spyro shrugged as he popped off the cap of a Mike's with his tail barb, and raised the bottle to his lips. Peyrite said, "I thought you weren't drinking anymore.". Spyro said, "I haven't been DRUNK for two years. I do occasionally enjoy some alchohol, but now I need as much as I can get.". Peyrite said, "Why?", and Spyro sighed as he put down his Mike's onto the table.

Spyro said to Peyrite, "She left to the Pyyts. Excavenger, Amber was pregnant.".

Oh, there is a bit of an interesting detail. It was twins.

Epic. I take it this is a sequal to Wrath and Mercy? What would really be a twist is the twins being conjoined at the tail. Interesting thought that Mike's exists in the Dragon Universe... Unless they somehow fell through a Space-Time wormhole(Maybe a portal???) and ended up in our world. Now there's an interesting plot idea. By the way, I read that you like solving patients' medical "puzzles" as you referred to them. I have a great one that may interest you, and is directly the cause of 99% of the misery in my life. If you help me, I swear I will post good reviews of every one of your fanfictions, and even post a link to them in my signature.

Ok, I will PM you eventually, but it will take a while to describe, and I am using the forums under very strenuous conditions, to say the least(I will explain in the PM when I get the chance), but I have limited time here, and have to close the window at a moment's notice. I will also take the time to gather more details on it, and I will have it, at the very latest, two weekends from now, as I will probably have to post at my father's. But I may not, so check your pm. And, ok, but it would be an interesting idea, but the fic seems to be heading in more of an angst direction than a quirky, science direction, so not for this one. Interesting idea, MPE is. I do believe in the infinite universe theory, so, by my beliefs, somewhere, there is a purple dragon named Spyro. I have been trying to apply quantum physics to the Spyro world for a while, because I believe that the magic described in Spyro, and even Harry Potter, and the existence of the portals from the original series are physically possible. Wormholes are speculated to exist, we cannot intentionally open one, however(At least that's what the US military would have us believe, but I will not trouble anyone with my elaborate conspiracy theories).

It may be worthwhile to note that metaphysics, unlike here, is consciously accessible in the realms.

Yes, it does seem to be more accepted in the realms, however, here, it is unnaccepted on paper, it seems most people do accept it. I know you do because you stated in another topic that you were contemplating the perameters of your own existence in a scientific/mathematical way. I also believe it can be used to explain the existance of a God. The Spyro folk accept travel between space and time through magic portals as normalcy, as well as just knowing that something is there. Metaphysics is quite a hard thing to explain. In a way, you have to use metaphysics to believe in metaphysics, if you get what I mean. Another interesting tidbit about Spyroverse: the people of that world seem to have very good control of a large amount of raw energy, rather by biological or technological means. Alot of this is described as magic, which is most likely done by some sort of biological process, because it was supposedly used long before the Spyro world became technologically advanced (Original Series). It is possible that they have a section of their nervous system that controls this. I always thought it possible that humans once had this ablility, and it was controlled by the other 90% of the brain we supposedly do not use, however, the 10% theory was formed in the '30s, at which time we did not have the technology or knowledge of the brain we have today. By the way, what topic were you, Skorpion, and I talking about this?

In the realms, metaphysics deals with subjects like these:

1. Quasi-physical energy
2. Tonal energy
3. Prismatic energy networking
4. Telegenesis

etc...

The reason why the characters are so powerful is due to a near complete understanding of all dimensions, and an ability to focus enormous sums of energy (e.g. Landau Poles) and using metaphysics. It's more or less extreme energy that causes this. As well, the average inhabitant of the realms uses 73% of their brain, and Excavenger uses 94%. This means he has extreme control over things, to the point of changing the atoms in air mentally.

Also, God is not a theory, but a fact in the realms. "The Three" refers to the Holy Trinity. In the history of the Realms, The Three either were seen by people due to their vastly superior intellect, or they showed themselves to people physically.

I see what you mean... their brain power seems to be so advanced that they are able to use their brains to project intentions, thoughts, etc. into the outside world. I'm afraid I don't follow the parts about "The Three" or Excavenger. There must be a part of the Spyro series that I'm missing. And, yes, their advanced brain strength would give them the ability to comprehend a God actually existing, therefore allowing them to see it. Also, in what way are you referring to prismatic? Do you mean, more like the geometric figure, or more in the way that a prism splits light into separate wavelenghts?

No, part of this takes place in my fantasies. And prism refers to the storing of energy in light boundary quadrants defined within prism-shaped barriers.

Its all very necessary to establish the realms as a world with real science, therefore establishing facts about the realms to assist in understanding them and writing fanfiction based on the sciencee of them.

In that sense, you would've created magic. Pull that off, and you have my nomination for a nobel. And as for your story, Prysom, I'll work on some ideas. I like the mixture of old magic and legend with modern day things and problems such as mike's hard lemonade and pregnancy. New idea, what if we cross the canon from Compassion and Retribution, with Canon from the Arguable Ally? Good idea?

The NMOCANS works similarly to the fictional "Animus" from the Assassin's Creed series. Basically, you lay down in this mechanical machine, it puts you in a medically controlled coma, takes your consciousness and puts it into the machine, in which literally everything you've ever wanted to do is possible in a computer-generated realm, from a 1st-person point-of-view also.

You will feel everything. You can become anything.

Chapter III: Pommeriggio di Nostro

Peyrite said, "Amber is pregnant?", which Spyro corrected, "She WAS pregnant. As in, no longer. She went to the Pyyts to raise them.". Peyrite said, "Where is she?", and Spyro said, "The courtyard.". Upon hearing this, Peyrite got up and bolted out of the tent, donning his coat and getting to the courtyard. There, sitting at a table were Amber and two other Peyrits, whom he would assume were the children in question.

Amber said, "About time you decided to show, Excavenger.". Peyrite said, "Unconscious, what could I do?". Amber said, "I question if you just pass out to skip the boring stuff.". Peyrite, rubbing the back on his head, said, "Yeah, because smashing into the Tower at Mach eight is just a little bump for the great Excavenger.", his tone of voice rife with sarcasm. Amber directed Peyrite toward the table as the two Peyrits sitting there got up and approached Peyrite.

Amber said, pointing to a white scaled Peyrit, rather scrawny for a man his age, "This is your son, Seifer. He is the pacifist, the shy one.". Peyrite shook his hand, and said, "I would at least assume you talk some.". Seifer said, "I do, but not much. I'm a fairly reserved being.". Peyrite shrugged and said, "Well, at least try eating. You are thin as a needle.". Seifer said, "I do eat.", to which Peyrite responded, "Well... eat a lot more.".

The other Peyrit came up to Peyrite without prompt and hugged Peyrite viciously. Peyrite said, gasping for air, "And you are...?". The dragoness stepped down, saying, "My name is Sera. But everyone calls me Rhea.". Sera was of stunning beauty, much like her mother, though she had much darker scales than her mother, a dull bluish grey. Peyrite said with a smile, "You certainly take after your mother. I presume you are the fighter, and noting your electric personality, the socialist of the family?".

Sera said, "That's correct, daddy. Though it's awfully boring fighting all the boys. They aren't very good.". Peyrite seemed puzzled at her rather puerile term of endearment, despite being at least 21. Sera opened up her trenchcoat, a myriad of guns, vicious blades, and everything deadly, and said, "Though I don't seem a fair fight...". Peyrite was not so entranced by her weaponry, but by her very exquisite, beautiful armor.

The armor was of curls and ridges of metal, her skirt barely a foot long, and her breastplate was little beyond an ornate, spiky, ridged form of her mother's, and connected to that, all down her right arm, an extravagant manicka of extreme detail and stunning beauty, at the hands armor that covered her fingers to the tips of her claws. Peyrite said, "Wow... um...", to which Sera said, "You like?", winking. Peyrite said, "No, I think your mom would give me hell for that.".

Sera said, "It's the perfect icebreaker for boys.". Peyrite muttered, "I bet... a whole lot.". Amber came up and said, "She has been boy-crazy for years. She always considers a date to be sparring, though...". Peyrite cracked a smile and said, "That's how our dates always end up.". Amber smacked Peyrite across the back of the head, and said, "Not in front of the kids!", and Peyrite said with a laugh, "Save it for the bedroom, peaches.".

Peyrite walked up to Sera, kissed on the cheek, and then hugged her. Sera, head across her father's shoulder, said, "What's that for?". Peyrite said, "Because I love you. You are an amazing young woman, and your beauty is like your mother's. You are going to do some incredible things in your life. And always remember... I love you very much, Sera.". Sera said, smiling, "Aww, thanks, Daddy.". Peyrite no more felt comfortable after a second exposure to the term than the first.

As Spyro walked up, Sera said, with fairly little restraint, "WOW! Who's that guy? He's cute!". Peyrite said, "A dear, long time friend of mine.". Sera bolted towards the purple dragon and said, "Hey, hot stuff, what's your name?". A baffled and confused Spyro said, "Um... Spyro?". Sera bluntly said, "You're cute, wanna go out?". Spyro said with a smile, "Bushes, my bed, your bed... take your pick. So long as chains don't bother you...". Sera laughed and said, "It's a date.".

Peyrite walked up to Spyro, picked him up by the tail, and dragged into the compound. Peyrite dropped Spyro on the floor, and put two apples on top of each other. Peyrite said, "The apple on top is you, the apple on bottom is Sera.", and he put the top apple in front of him. Peyrite continued, "Have sex with her, and you will be like this apple.", as he pulled out his sword and cleaved the apple in half. Peyrite said, "Got it?".

Spyro gulped, wide-eyed with fear, and said, "Got it.", as his legs quivered like little sticks. Peyrite said, "The first time she has sex, she WILL have a ring on her finger by then. And I'd prefer if you weren't the one to break her in...". Spyro said, "Why?". Peyrite said, "Because she is my daughter!". Spyro said, "Well, what if she is the one pushing for it?", and Peyrite said in a blaise fashion, "Well, what if you grew enough to be able to kiss her and have sex with her at the same time? What ifs mean nothing!"

As Peyrite walked out, Spyro looked at his body and said, "I'm not that short...".

It means, "You want to go downtown to the south for a (Don't know this) and an (Don't know this) City? Careful though, the roads are slippery coming through East Liberty. And don't be stupid, of course the Steelers are going to win, don't be a jackoff! But those Pirates sure suck!".

If you read all of W&M, you'd have all these details. Peaches was Amber's nickname. That's where I got it from.

And very good Prysom, you would make a great Yinzer. Good for you, because Pittsburgh is almost the medical capital of the world, or so we like to think. And Primani's is Primanti's Bros. Restaurant, a local sandwich shop popular for its sandwhiches containing fries and coleslaw. And the last one is Iron City beer. No one knows why anyone drinks it. It tastes awful. But drink it, people do. And in all honesty, what happened to Aura???

Yep. So basically, we've covered the basics. Amber had twins, Sera is going to date Spyro (That might go interesting places), and something pretty shocking is coming soon.

More shocking than Spyro dating Peyrite's daughter? Crazy

Actually, things are at their calmest now. By the end of the third part of this series, the finale, which is going to be titled Destruction and Convalescence - Peyrite and Spyro, two main characters die.
