This First Gen Pokemon is rarely ever seen in the anime nowadays. Its episode was banned because it caused seizures to kids in Japan. Pink and blue, and sort of looks like a duck.

Hm... if I remember correctly, the pokemon that benefits from lack of evolution would be Pikachu. I remember somewhere in the anime, Ash had the choice of using a Thunder Stone on Pikachu, but he decided aganst it. He knew Lt. Surge, the gym leader, had a powerful RAICHU, but it was slow as a brick, and Pikachu used quick attack to defeat it.

This Gen II pokemon is Silver in one game version, yellow in another, and it's first evolution form was one of few Gen II pokemon to appear in the anime before it was added to the overall pokedex.

Right. Now for a harder one. In the anime in the S.S. Anne episode, this guy battles Ash's Butterfree with this Pokemon. Later he offers a trade, and Ash accepts, being the stupid moron that he is. After he trades it, he realizes it was a big mistake.
