Yep. I think he had like, 100 moderated messages and was annoying other users in some way. I don't remember everything though.

He was banned for picking fights (and then blaming it on others), for egging Torok on to create religious wars, spamming, having 100+ mod messages at once, and for having not learned at all from being suspended.

And now he wants another chance.
