It was either Spyro 1 or 2 at a friends house, but it was so long ago that I can't remember it.

The first Spyro game that I actually owned was Shadow Legacy.

Holy crap, did I have fun playing just the demo of that game. I was so SO excited when I got the full game for Christmas. The happiest ****ing camper. That was me.

My very first Spyro game was playing the demo for Spyro 1 before it had even come out. As soon as the full game was released, I got a copy and was hooked ever after. Even bought my first console, a PS1, just to play Spyro.

If you got Spyro to go on a skateboard, then it was definately 'Year of the Dragon'.

Dawn of the Dragon, as silly as that might seem. ._.; But I suppose it saves me the possibility of me nitpicking how it wasn't as good as previous installments...
Although I guess it could be considered that one of my first Spyro game I *experienced* was one of the PS1 games at my friend's house, though I've yet to actually play those ones.

But Ripto's Rage was also around my first too, because I remember playing both of them in the same month.

That must have been weird, I played the second one first, then Spyro 1 and finally Spyro 3, I played it in a random order. After playing the second one, I was hoping to see Elora, Hunter and Moneybags in Spyro 1, and I jumped into the water thinking that Spyro could swim, I found it a little bit disapointing, but I realised that it was the first one and they simply just didn't think of it at the time, so I still like it.
