My dragon needs a mate (contest)! [CLOSED]

My dragon Pelagios needs a mate, and I can't seem to come up with a decent design. So, I'm starting a contest to see who can come up with the best design for her. She should preferably be a water dragon, 'cause if she wasn't, then she and Pelagios wouldn't be able to live together.
Here is a picture of Pelagios:

Dragon Generator pics won't count! If you wish to enter, please DRAW your entry!

The contest will end on August 23rd, but if you need an extention, I'll be glad to extend the date.

Prizes:
1st place - One fully colored and shaded picture with a background, with as many characters as you'd like.
2nd place - One flat-colored picture and one lineart.
3rd place - One lineart and one sketch.

Note: I may or may not use your design, even if you win. It all depends on how much I like the design!

Four legs
Slightly curved horns
Webbing on jaw and crests
Tiny thumb wing tip
Silver hoop ring on left horn
Gold-colored chest/belly plates
dark purple balls on ends of wing "fingers" and tail tip
Green webbing
Gold WING MEMBRANE
Dark Blue wing structure
Dark purple horns
Dark blue webbing structure
Sea-Foam green scales
Gray eyes

hope that clears things up a bit.
