If I really had to choose, I'd go and choose the characters that do not seem to annoy me throughout this game, and that would probably be Hunter, and possibly Ignitus.

Personally, I didn't enjoy any of the characters in that game.

The one I hated the least would probably be Terrador, as he was pretty much the most neutral character.
