I felt someone gently tapping my shoulder. I turned over and covered my face with my arms.
“Tem more minutes, mom.” I mumbled. I heard someone laugh softly. Then I remembered where I was. I sat up instantly. My eyes were barely opened because of the amount of light, but I could see Fyre trying not to burst out laughing.
“That wasn’t funny!” I said defensively.
“Yeah, it was.” Fyre replied.
“Why you little-!” I sat up and ran at him, but he sidestepped easily.
“You’re not a morning person, are you?” Fyre asked, trying to act innocent.
“Ya think?” My voice was radiating sarcasm.
“So should we keep going? Or would you prefer to stay here all day?” Fyre sat down next to me.
“I say we go to Starbucks.”
“You drink coffee?”
“Heck no! It’s disgusting! I just wanna wake up already.”
Fyre stood up, then helped me up. “Starbucks it is then.” I gave a small laugh and we made out way back to the city for the last time.
After we got coffee, we started to fly towards LA. I had told Fyre the original plan and he agreed that it would throw Kelp off our trail.
“Hey, Fyre?” I asked.
“Yeah?”
“What’s it like in the Spyro universe?”
“Oh. Umm…It has two moons.”
“The Celestial Moons. I already know that. And Malefor came back when they aligned, right?”
“Yeah.” Fyre gave me a questioning look. “How did you know that?”
I shrugged…as much as a dragon can shrug, anyways. “It’s in a video game.”
“You’re serious?”
“Yeah.” I laughed. “When you’re a Spyro addict you’ve gotta know these things.”
“So why did you ask about it then?”
“I dunno. I just wanna know more about it, I guess.”
“What do you wanna know?”
“Um…how big is Warfang?”
“It’s huge. About four times bigger than Vegas.”
I tried to imagine that. I failed. “Wow.”
“How big was it in the games?”
“Not very big. Or we didn’t get to see much of it, anyways. The gate, a bit of the wall, and just some of the city behind that.”
“That’s nothing.”
There was silence after that. I thought about my dream again, and it reminded me how small the chances were of me and Fyre being able to beat Shadow.
“Can you show me around before we fight Shadow?” I asked quietly, slightly hoping he wouldn’t hear me.
His shocked expression told me he had. He looked away, but I could tell he had a troubled look. I wondered why, but dismissed the thought when he answered.
“Sure.” He gave a small smile.
“Thanks.” I said, then looked down. We were apparently already at our destination.
“Follow me.” Fyre said, turning left slightly. I didn’t know what the heck he was doing, but didn’t question it.
Soon we were flying above the ocean. The sun reflected off the surface of the water brightly, and I had to squint from the light.
“Um, are you sure you’re going the right way? I thought we were going to stop at LA.” I said.
“Well, we’re taking the scenic route.” Y’know, that probably would’ve worked out better if we went around La…but I won’t complain. Then, without warning, Fyre stopped flapping his wings and dived into the water. I just stared for a second, but then decided to follow.
I opened my eyes and looked around. I spotted Fyre quickly and started to swim after him. Then he just vanished. I gasped, but then closed my mouth again to keep water from getting into it. I tentatively swam closer to where Fyre had disappeared. The sea vanished from my vision. I tried not to panic, and closed my eyes tightly. Soon I couldn’t tell if I was underwater or not. I was able to hear rushing water, though.
“Open your eyes.” I heard Fyre’s voice tell me. I did what he said and found myself in a cave. I was standing on solid ground, but about a foot in front of me there was a current of water. A breeze was blowing from behind me, perfect for lying. This place seemed familiar, but I couldn’t put my finger on where I’d seen it before.
“Where are we?” I asked.
“Just wait and see.” Fyre replied. He jumped into the air and flew with the air current.
“Hey! Wait up!” I flew after him, not wanting to et lost. I flapped my wings frantically to catch up, then when I looked at my surroundings I stopped flying altogether. Good thing there was a rock under me.
I knew I wouldn’t get lost here. Well, I dunno. Maybe I could. Okay, whatever. That aside, it was my favorite places in the Spyro universe. The celestial moons glowed brightly. In the sky. Below me was a giant forest with a stream cutting through it. I was standing literally on the edge of a waterfall.
I was at Twilight Falls.
“Do you know this place?” Fyre asked. I was only able to nod, still awe-struck by the area’s beauty. It was ten times better than in the game. And that’s an understatement.
I smiled then jumped off the rock. I glided down to the ground. Mist from the waterfall sprayed me the entire way down. I looked around, taking in the scenery. I wanted to stay there forever.
“I thought you’d like Twilight Falls.” Fyre said. I jumped a little, startled by his voice.
“Like it? I love this place! It’s so calm and peaceful and beautiful.” I sat down and looked up at the sky. It was so weird to see the celestial moons instead of the moon on earth. But it made the night sky look way cooler, I’ll admit.
“Hey, why is it that in the other universe it was morning, but over here it’s night?” I asked. “Since we came from La, where it’s daytime, shouldn’t it be daytime here?”
“I think it’s because those worlds are right next to each other. That means that the time is flipped. Same with the seasons.”
“I’m totally confused.” I admitted. Fyre gave a small laugh. Then he started flying again. “Hey, wait up!” I yelled, then flew after him.
We flew around for hours. That forest is bigger than you’d think. I loved flying into air currents. It felt so cool to be so high in the air without having to flap my wings. It was fun to just explore the forest and glide on updrafts the whole night.
Finally, Fyre led me into a small cave. I gasped when I saw what was at the other end. Not just a wall, but it turned out to be another entrance. Right in the waterfall. The water was clear enough that I could still see the sky and the forest.
“Wow.” I breathed. That was all I could say, I was so speechless.
“I found this place one day when I-uh…was on a mission.” I knew he meant when he was working for Shadow. I turned to human and put a hand on his head.
“It’s okay. It’s over.” I said. He gave me a sort of sad look.
“ I hated helping Shadow. It…” He was holding back tears, I could tell. “ I never want something like that to happen again.”
“ It won’t.” I sat down by him. He was human at that time. We sat there, looking out of the waterfall, holding hands.
“We’ll still have to face her, though.” I heard Fyre say to himself.
“What?” I asked.
“We still have to fight. What if I get turned dark?...what if she turns you dark?” He whispered the last part.
“I won’t let her.”
“Shadow is powerful. More than you’d think. I just don’t want you to get hurt.
“I promise you I won’t be turned dark. I’ll do everything in my power not to.”
I heard Fyre mumble something, but I wasn’t able to make it out. I sighed and decided to stop arguing. I rested my head on his shoulder and fell to sleep.
I had no idea that would be my last peaceful night.

The alice game is where two rozen maiden dolls fight to the death to claim the other's Rose of Mystica. and by obtain all the Rose of Mysticas they become Alice, the perfect girl as seen by Rozen, creator of the Rozen Maiden dolls. If a doll looses it's Rose of Mystica, it becomes a regular dolls, unable to speak or move. The battle works by using special powers each Rozen Maiden dolls are granted. Anything goes: dirty fighting,tearing off limbs (they are dolls, so it's really not that bad, but they become incomplete, which significantly drops their power), and attacking their medium (their owner, which grants them more power). The dolls are as Follows:

Souseiseki
Barasuishou (it's really hard to find a good picture of her...)

Okay, i have something to say about the story.
I've had a lot of stuff going on in my life, and there's probably more chaos to come, so i have to make a decision about this story.(I think the second option would be better, but i want your input, too)Option one is to try to finish this story up in as few chapters possible as fast as possible. Option two is to put this on hiatus until i can get everything sorted out.

If you choose option number one, keep in mind that that chapters will be extremly rushed and they won't have as great of quality as normal.(and another reason i'm debating about this is because i write for fun. I do it when i listen to music that gives me inspiration. I do it to let out emotions. I do it just to do it. And if i go with this option, i won't really have all the elements that i usually put into a chapter. And it'll stress me out even more than i already am.)

If you choose option 2, i'm going to have to warn you, there's a chance you'll only see a chapter or two and it'll go on hiatus for the first half of summer. But I'll be much less stressed, and the writing quality will be over-all better if this is what happens.
