Slean: *looks, then follows him*

Rouge: you think they got the signal?
Glacier: we'll soon find out.
*both wait outside the cave*

Tundra: *Begins to run and sees them waiting outside* "Hey rouge, dad!!! I see you found it!

Glacier: yes, thanks to Rouge's good eyesight, we managed to find it!
Rouge: heh, it was nothing, really.
Slean: *rushes up to them. sees the cave* well, looks like you found it after all. perhaps you arn't as foolish as you seem.
Glacier: i'm not sure if that's a compliment or not, but i'll take what i can get.
Rouge: alright, alright, enough talk. lets go in already!

Tundra:Rouge Can i talk to you for abit.... *he glares at slean as he motioned to her to come*

Rouge: *nods* sure. *looks at Glacier and Slean* don't get into a huge fight, and don't go in without us. *follows Tundra*

Tundra: rouge, whats this that mom is having you do a ritual that makes you evil?

Rouge: *blinks* the ritual? you know about it? hmm. well, its an evil ritual that i have to do every night. it is supposed to strenghten my dark side and weaken my good side. it's been passed on for generations on her side of the family to spread the influence of evil from parent to child. the ritual begins with a dark circle, and proceeds witha lot of dark encantations and black magic. it ends with a drink. i have to drink the blood of pure evil and let it mix with my own blood. all this is supposed to make me evil and powerful.

Tundra: What?! You have to do that? *glares at slean* Thats it, this ends now. Im not gonna let my own sister become like my mom, Rouge You choose what you want to be, but not be forced to choose because of what mom tells you too, or more makes you do to become it.

Rouge: you're not going to change anything that easily. Mom is determined to change me one way or another.
*Glacier and Slean look at each other, and talk quietly*

Tundra: We'll see about that.... Mom! *he said as he looked at her straight in the eye.* Before you two go in, i want to challenge you to a fight!

Rouge: what?! Tundra, what good will that do?!
Glacier: i am surprised myself. Tundra, what is going on?
Slean: *looks at Tundra with a straight face* hmm, now this is a surprise. one can only wonder what you must be thinking, why you decided to challenge me. curiosity entails me to know before a fight can begin.

Tundra: Because I wish to let rouge be free, and to what she wants to do, and let her choose her own path. If I win i want you to stop making rouge, do this ritual of yours and let her choose her own path. If you win then let her continue your so called ritual. I dont want her to become you mom, not by force that is, but more so by choice. *he said glaring at her with a serious face*

Rouge: Tundra, you don't have to do this. you don't know what you're getting into. Mom has beaten just about every dragon that has challenged her. you don't have that strong of a chance at winning. you don't have to fight her to free me, i can take care of myself.
Glacier: Tundra, are you sure about this? is this really what you want to do? i know it is right for everyone to choose thier own path, but sometimes we need to fight our own battles. perhaps we should leave Rouge to go about this as she pleases.
Slean: hmm, maybe you should listen to them, Tundra. after all, is it truly wise to challenge me? i didn't become a queen of darkness by sitting around and waiting for things to happen. and i'm not about to sit back and just watch Rouge wander aimlessly through life without any plans of what she is going to.

ooc: i got to go. bye.

Tundra: Dad, if im going to take over after you someday, I need to learn and fight others who are stronger than i am, and especially twice my size. *looks at rouge* Rouge, I know what im getting into, and its just not about freeing you its about, how she abandoned me and dad, and the fact she still doesnt seem to care about me at all.
*Looks at slean with a determined look on his face* Yeah I know, I think its a wise move. After all what do you care, after you found out i couldnt get corrupted, you just tossed me aside like i was some old toy......like i was no use of you, especially since i have the same bloodline as you do mom. *he told her with abit of anger in his voice*

OOC: bye cyn09 take care.

Glacier: *sighs* alright, son, if you are sure of this, then i support you. try your best, and i wish you good luck. and remember, just because you will be a king someday, it doesn't mean you don't need the help of others on occasion. don't be afraid to ask for help if you need it.
Rouge: *speaks quietly* be careful, Tundra....
Slean: *narrows her gaze on him* if you wish to fight me, then so be it. *spreads wings wide* do not expect mercy. i am not one to show it. *growls slightly. then disappears. reappears flying up above them*
Rouge: Tundra, she has more tricks than i do and other elements as well. she'll test out your strenght before she actually fights with force. whatever you do, don't let your gaurd down for even a second.

ooc: Aretis: Fight! Fight! Fight! Fight!
Me: shush
Aretis: Why?
Me: just watch
Aretis: Fine *chants softly* Fight Fight Fight Fight
Me: *glares*

Tundra: Dont worry rouge, i'll becareful. I've been thru alot, and have been waiting for this for along time...... *faces glacier* Alright dad, i understand.

*faces slean* I didnt expect you to give me mercy, just like i wont give it to you. *he then flies upwards and faces slean, having his eye on her and he watched her quietly.*

Rouge and Glacier: *sit next to each other and watch*

Slean: i was hoping you wouldn't. *grins. then teleports behind him. spits acid at him*

Tundra: *feels her behind him, and has his eyes begin to glow blue, and puts up a ice shield to block the attack.* nice try mom.

Slean: *grins slightly* i haven't begun to try. *breathes shadowfire on the ice shield*

ooc: i'm in such a good mood today! know why? i finally finished my online Geometry course!

Tundra: *smiles* I hope you havent yet. *uses his forelegs to push against the ice shield and pushes it towards slean*

OOC: Thats great cyn09, im happy for you

ooc: thanks. X3

Slean: *stops her fire attack. waits for the sheild to get close enough, then smashes it with her tail and breaks it* you'll have to do a lot better than that. *flies upwards, and looks down at him, fires black fire balls like a machine gun*

Tundra: *looks up at her, and sees her shoot fireballs at him, he begins to dodge her fireballs as he barely misses some, slowly making her way to her.*

Slean: *continues shooting fire balls like missles. then starts flapping her wings harshly, whipping up strong winds blowing agaisnt Tundra*

Tundra: Dang it..... oh no....you dont.... *His eyes begin to glow as he began to form ice crystals around sleans wings, causing her wings to slow down.*

Slean: *wing flaps slow down greatly. growls slightly in frustration. breathes shadowfire on her wings to melt the ice. then teleports away. reappears behind him. spits acid at him*

Tundra: *Saw her dissapear and got hit* Ahhh! *he yelled as his claw began to glow blue as it appeared to get ready to hit her.

Slean: *her tail grows green, preparing an attack*

Tundra: *Tundra then stops and flies upwards as he sees sleans tail about to hit him, so he grabs her tail and uses his own momentum to throw her again the ground.*

Slean: *starts falling towards the ground. spreads her wings, and flaps harshly. swoops upwards with great speed. flys at Tundra, tail glowing. she whips around, attempting to hit him with a poison-induced tail*

Tundra: *looked at her and wait for her to get closer, his eyes full of determination.*

Slean: *gets closer, is about to hit him with her tail*

Tundra: *moves his body just enough to dodge the attack, but spins around and strikes slean in the face with his tail*

Slean: *growls, then lunges forwards, swiping at Tundra with glowing claws*

Tundra: *tundra begins dodging, as sees she wants to her him badly for that. His eyes begin to glow again as he dodges back and fourth.*

Slean: *flies backwards a bit, and breathes shadowfire*

Tundra: *Tundra flies back abit and uses poison blast to counter strike.*

Slean: *dives to avoid the blast. the charges upwards at him, ready to ramm him with her horns*

Tundra: *looks around and sees her coming towards him and about to ram him, he then begins to spin his body around, rouge and glacier sees him glowing purple where they stand.*

Slean: *continues charging, starts to glow as she nears him*

ooc: oh, i wrote another chapter. ^ ^ its kinda short, but its something.

Chapter 87: Saving Princess Rouge

"Dad! Dad! Dad!" Tundra burst into the ice castle, carrying Rouge. he ran down the hallways, looking for Glacier. Firefly and Flash ran after him, trying to keep up. they soon rushed through double doors, entering the throne room. there, Galcier proudly sit upon his throne. he looked down at his son and the visitors he had brought.
"what is it, Tundra? whatever is the matter?" he asked, seeing the concerned and serious expression on his face and hearing a slight panic in his voice. Tundra stepped forward, and place an unconcious Rouge down on the ground in front of him.
"its Rouge. she has been forced to doa dark ritual to make her evil. i knocked her out with a rock and brought her here to help her." he explained. Glacier opened his eyes wide, and looked closely at the young poison dragon laying on the floor. he then got up and got closer for a better look.
"ah, the dark princess herself finds her way to the ice kigndom." he said. he then reached out to touch Rouge's cheek. he looked at her with a longing and sadened expression. "...my daughter....... you are home at last....." he whispered, nearly inaudibly.
"is there anything we can do to reverse the effects of the ritual?" Tundra asked. Glacier looked at him.
"no. that ritual is meant to do what it was created to do. if Rouge continues to take part in this ritual......" he paused, looking away slightly. ".....she will become...... like her mother......" he muttered with a frown.
"we can't let that happen!" Tundra said, sternly. Firefly and Flash were beside him now.
"right! Rouge may have a chance to be good." Firefly agreed, though it sounded a bit odd coming from her.
"yeah, besides, it'd be fun to have a trickster on our side!" Flash grinned. Glacier eyed the three of them.
"perhaps there is something we can do..." he began.
"we'll try anything!" Tundra insisted.
"we must keep her away from Slean. she should stay here, and she will know what it is like to be on the side of good. we will do what we can to bathe her in light to counter out the darkness she has lived with. we will treat her like she is one of us. then perhaps, with all of our efforts, she will begin to understand the side of good, and maybe even come over to our side." he explained. the others nodded.
"we'll get right on that." Tundra said. he then faced Firefly and Flash. "come on, we need to tell the others in the kingdom. we'll need all the help we can get. we're going to do whatever it takes to save my sister, Rouge. there is no way we're going to allow her to be evil. now, lets go spread the word throghout the kingdom!" he said, sounding like a king. Glacier smiled at his leadership. Firefly and Flash nodded with a smile.
"right!" she said.
"you got it, cheif!" Flash saluted him.

Tundra: *begins to shoot out ice shards at her as she got near him*

OOC: Wow another chapter, i really do hope you write more cynder i miss reading your stories. another great short chapter lol.

ooc: thanks. i started writing the next chapter. i'm gonna try to write more frequently.

Slean: *counters with shadowfire. gets even closer, is about to hit him*

Tundra: *Then stops shooting at her and dodges upwards and over her slamming his tail against her back as she got closer to her.*

OOC: yeah that would be awesome.

Slean: *grunts and groans, then strikes back with her wings, tail, and claws*

ooc: well, i have to go now. bye.

Tundra: *grunts as he's hit and lands backwards and hits the ground* wow.....that sure hurt.... *he said as he got up slowly.*

OOC: bye cyn09 take care and talk to you later.

Slean: *dives down at high speed, shooting black fire balls like a machine gun*

Tundra: *saw her aiming blk fire balls at him, so his paw glowed icy blue and touched the ground quickly. He then began to spin on his back aiming ice shards towards the fire balls.*

Slean: *breathes shadowfire as she swoops down towards him*

Tundra: *He keeps spinning as he waits for her to get closer trying to deflect her attacks, while taking some damage too.* "Just abit.....longer...."

Slean: *swoops down a little lower, then hovers a few feet above him. she pauses, not moving a moment. she then takes a deep breath, and lets out a full force, scorching hot, shadowfire straight at him*
