Once you finish the Game 100%, collected the gems and everything, not ONE thing missing, there is a secret scene!

Oiy, pointless drama.

To be on topic, that's not what happens when you get 117% in RR. That was a piece of fan art made by a guy using some 3D programs, Photoshop, and the character models.

If you get all the orbs and gems, you unlock Dragon Shores. When you get all the tokens in Dragon Shores you get access to the cutscene viewer and open up the permanent super flame power up (which you can use to play the whole game with super flame). After that, if you get all 16 skill points you unlock an epilogue, the first half of which is a fun slide show showing semi-canon jokes about the characters, and the second half of which is a character graveyard showcasing some baddies that were designed and modeled but which never made it into the game.

The closest thing to that piece of fan art we see in the game besides Elora kissing Spyro in that last cutscene is a page from the epilogue where they're riding the love boat ride in Dragon Shores together.

I loved the Character Graveyard.
It's interesting to see what could have been in the game.
I especially like that cat thing with the huge ears!

No, that person simply uploaded the screenshot from the game and into her gallery, ccrogers. She didn't really do that picture, she only uploaded it. Most members on deviantart do that...

Actually, Aura, I've talked with that person and it is the original artist. They moved to a new gallery and re-posted some of their old manipulations, of which that is one.

I think the editor just had problems editing Hunter into the picture with the correct colours, and a bit of a coincidence that Hunter got burnt, so I guess it goes well. I suppose you could say by the time Spyro went on his adventures in Year of the Dragon, the burn marks vanished off of Hunter.

Yeah, and plus, Hunter was shown in the clip after you defeat Ripto without any signs of injury.

This issue with hunter is a common problem with using a PS1 emulator. It screws up Hunter's texture.
