Well, unless disney takes over spyro, that's off topic. And hopefully that never happens.

I am scared of the end of spyro, and SK is probably his last chance. All we need is a good game, plenty of advertising, and hopefully ubisoft is on the project.

This.

Disney sucks all around. Their shows suck. The no longer have animation, and they continue to cater to the beenie-boppers (if that's the way you spell it), which is the worst thing you can possibly do.

The only good movies they make anymore are movies that Pixar make, in which Disney does nothing to help and then slaps their name on the film as if they did ANYTHING to develop the masterpiece that Pixar themselves made.

And the only good game I've ever played that they made that is good is Split/Second. I haven't played Epic Mickey yet, so don't question if I like the game or not.

Disney owning Spyro would be an instant kill. And it just might be worse than Activision owning Spyro.

The only good 'Disney' movies are Pixar's.

Epic Mickey was awesome, but that is their only good game I can think of. Yes, I said most people probably avoided the Hurcules game just because it had 'Disney' stamped on it, but that doesn't mean I played it.

The only Disney games I have played are, Toy Story 2, Treasure Planet, and Monsters, Inc, at the time I loved them and I was really into Platformer games, along with Spyro. Overtime they just got too badly scratched, and I think I sold one of them too.

There are a few older Disney films that I like which are Bambi, Snow White, you know the older ones.
Disney/Pixar is good but not as magical as the old Disney films, even the Fox and the Hound is a cute film.
I like Toy Story, Finding Nemo, Monsters Inc out of the Disney/Pixar.
I don't mind Bolt that is from Disney.

Oh, I forgot about Bolt.

But all of Disney's other good films I have seen are classic ones and Toy Story.
To me Monsters Inc does count as a classic. It's one of my earlier memories.

The only other animated series I like is Shrek.
I don't often watch films anymore like I used to, it's strange I go through phases.
When I was a kid, I loved music, then it went to games, then it went to films, and now it has returned to music, lol. Out of what I like to do most.

Nintendo has never really done it for me.
To be honest, the game that got me really interesting in video gaming was GTA 3.
After that, I started playing all the older games again, and that was when I found out that my Disney games no longer worked.

This is true. Disney spells sudden death for spyro. They would make the WORST game ever. And you'd get your wish for a movie. If you wanted it rated G.

Disney would rape poor Spyro, make him teach life lessons, and force him to sing along with the cast of High School Musical. That would be the day I put down the controller and conclude that anything Disney touches, becomes toxic waste for the beenie-boppers.

If anyone asks, I don't know if Dreamworks is better than Pixar, nor do I really care.

And Disney Classics are now painful to watch. I don't know why, but everything is so cheesy. Old Mickey cartoons are great but they don't stand a chance compared to Looney Toons and Hanna-Barbera.

.....Everytime I tuned in there was some boring program on that was unfunny or just plain terrible ._.

I agree. Without Pixar, Disney would have gone out in flames a long time ago. Or in my brothers words, "Pixar has been saving Disney's *** for years."
Along with 99.99% of Disney's movies being terrible, every game they make is awful too. If there is a game made by Disney that I actullay like, it's only average compared to a lot of other games.
Disney owning Spyro would be the equivalent to 4Kids re making Dragonball Z. (I almost cried when I found the 4kids label in the re make of Dragonball Z.)

The hands down best Disney show I ever saw was Buzz Lightyear of Star Command! I loved him in Toy Story, and his simply animated cartoon in which he fights evil in the far reaches of space with a group of rookie Space Rangers was sensational! I still have the episodes on my computer, som on my walkman!<3 *sigh* Shame it had to end, after just two seasons too! smilie

I don't know. I looked at the trailers, saw the TV spots, and it all just screamed Dreamworks at me. Hell, at first I thought it was yet another Dreamworks film (3 in one year is more than enough, thank you), and then I saw the Disney logo. My first reaction to that was "Well, there goes that".
