That's just your imagination, but really in the games Classic Spyro needs power-ups to fly, and even then he doesn't really need to flap his wings, I think that the developers wanted us to assume that it was something to do with magic, I dunno.

I like them both too, they're both good in they're own ways, the original games are really fun to play, and Spyro's so freaken adorable in them, :3 while the newer ones have a more interesting plot and better graphics.

Most people go on comparing the both series with each other and then saying, the original series is better becuz... or the LoS series is better becuz, but in my opinion you musn't compare the 2 series to each other so much, you must see them as 2 different things, even though both are based on the Spyro character, you know what I mean?

Both series have good and bad things, but you shouldn't compare both series to each other too much, they need to be viewed seperately

Maybe Insomniac made it that Spyro can't fly to make it harder? I mean, if Spyro could fly, then there wouldn't be any platforming....

And don't blame the developers, blame the publishers(in DotD's case anyway)....

Activision are a publisher, not a developer. They don't actually make games, they just get them on the market.
And they better not screw around with this game...

The Legend series isn't worse than the Original series or vice versa, it's just something different, and both are great on their own. I am all for another reboot.

I would rather wait if it means that the game is going to be better. Delaying a game and waiting for a few extra months is painful, but it's rewarding in the end.

I honestly don't really care about the region locking. Like I said before, I don't buy games on the internet, I buy them at a place like Big W and K Mart, where games are usually a little cheaper than they are at EB Games.

But I am suspicious of it. Why even bother region locking?

At the moment, OoT 3D is the only game I'm going to buy on the 3DS. I bet new Pokemon games will come out on it too.... I may buy Mario Kart 3D....

But I'm basically buying the 3DS for that game, not the other way around. XD

If this game is taking this long, I think they should port it for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

Sadly, AV owns several games that I like. CoD, Guitar Hero, Transformers, Spiderman, Goldeneye Tony Hawk, Prototype, Crash, Spyro. It's a shame to see all of those games/franchises in AV, when we all know that they will all be tossed aside because AV wants to hype CoD above anything else.

I doubt it, and besides, I want console Spyro game just for Nint. I've had enough of Sony and their nonsense. But that's just me.

Why wouldn't it be on ps3 and/or 360? They could make way more money that way, and they're very popular systems.

I'm not going to say anything about systems and what they should be on. Regardless, I would be getting the game for Wii. But if they do bring it to 360, I'll check it out, simply for achievements (I love achievements).

I'm still thinking that Spyro should've remained a Sony exclusive. If that was the case, then I would be much more willing to get a PS3.

I don't care if Spyro games come out for other systems, as long as they keep coming out for PS too it's all fine for me, so I hope SK will come out on PS3 too, otherwise I'll kill whoever made the decision not to include it on said system

If Spyro becomes a Nintendo exclusive, I will definately lose all interest in it, and I'll only become a fan of the older games. By the way, I've been playing the Legend games more often now, and I am starting to like them a little bit, but it's not as good. It's so great when I play the Insomniac Spyro games, awesome nostalgia, and that's why I want a remake of them, I think it would be appreciated because of how old they are and people seem to have forgotten about it, I think remaking Sly was kind of stupid because that older games aren't completely old, and they were fine as they were. It's like remaking Ratchet and Clank again, it's pointless, they should have waited another decade before remaking Sly.

Well for me, it is a big deal. I really like Spyro just as a character, and there are a couple of things that I do like about the Legend of Spyro, and you know, I would like to try out this new game, and if it comes out on the Wii, then that would just be terrible for me, I mean, talk about teasing yourself, lol.

Well, I just have two really big complaints: It has poor games and just a ton of gimmicks. I don't want to play a bad game in HD. I'd rather play a good game in even SNES or NES graphics(points at Mario avatar). And it won't play PS2 games unless I import it. Thanks a lot, Sony.

I must admit, I'm finding better games on the PlayStation and PlayStation 2, than the PlayStation 3 at the moment.

Sony are like Activision. You did hear they're being ridiculous and making a PS Phone now? It's just a bit more undercover. See, they're squeezing out money from the PSP go's Network section...

Yep, it seems like they are over-doing it. They were good enough to make the PlayStation and PlayStation 2, and now they are going over the top.

i love meh Super NES anyway...and i wonder what would happen if nintendo bought the franchise...

The PSP is pointless to me anyway, I don't like any handheld consoles. I used to enjoy the Gameboy Colour, and had Mario games for it, but that was just before I even knew about PlayStation. It was wasn't that long after that I found out about it, and I was very young at the time anyway.
