i was playing spyro a couple of minutes ago and i wondered whether that spyro game was my first one (just one of my many random thoughts) found out it wasnt, got the idea, and put it on here.

heres mine:

spyro 2 : gateway 2 glimmer

saw it in the shops and (since i was 5) begged desparately until my mum gave in.

that was a very happy day

I played STD first when I was really young, and I think it was the very first Sony game I've played. GTG wasn't out at that time. I can't remember how I got it, though. I just remember playing it but finding it way to hard for me. xD

lol nice, GTG kept me up for HOURZ and i still couldnt find all the gems.

I have no idea why, but when I was able to first develop memories, I remembed some games surrounding me. Crash Bandicoot, Gran Turismo, Sonic the Hedgehog 2, Marble Madness, a couple of other games, and StD.

The very first Spyro game and also, my very first PS1 game.

Kinda funny considering I bought all three of the original Spyro games on the same year. And this is the year that Spyro 3 came out.

Back when Spyro first came out, I rented it. I fell in love with it, so I was lucky enough to get it bought for me. Spyro rapidly became one of my fave characters, not only for being a dragon, but for having such an awesome personality.

Borrowed StD off a neighbour, loved it, bought GTG and then you know what happens next....

Spyro 2: Gateway to Glimmer, my Mum randomly bought it for me on my Birthday in 2000.
But also, before that event, I did play a demo of Spyro the Dragon in 1998, but forgot about it, until 2000.

I rented all of the original trilogy multiple times, but my Dad wouldn't buy them for me for reasons that I don't remember. But I do remember pre-ordering EtD and being so happy that I finally owned a Spyro game... A BAD one, but it was still fun and colourful and I loved it none-the-less

I like EtD come to think of it, it's just funny. It's a good game for me to play when I feel depressed, it will make me laugh.

A friend of mine had YoTD, and so whenever I went round, we'd often play it, which lead to me getting...EtD. ;P

Then a year or two back, I got a second hand PS2, and over time got the trilogies from charity shops.

(...Except for TEN. I haven't been able to find a copy...yet.)

Spyro the Dragon. My parents bought for my brother when I was 3. When he got done playing it, I decided to play it and since then, I've been pretty close to the series.

I've always liked Spyro, ever since I was 6 or 7. And I've always liked dragons, too. My neighbours had a Spyro game, (Year of the Dragon, I think?) and I absoutley loved it. Ever since then I wanted a PlayStation, mainly to play Spyro and probably other games too.
Enter the Dragonfly was my first Spyro game, believe it or not...I got my PS2 for my 10th birthday, and my dad got me Enter the Dragonfly. Enter the Dragonfly was my first PS2 game, as well as my first Spyro game.

The first Spyro game I ever played was Spyro the Dragon. When I was 9 I was at my best friend's house and she told me it was a really fun game and let me play around with it. I remember being in Dark Hollow and her getting mad at me for killing the fodder when I didn't need it. XD

I remember being very young and watching my big brother play the first Spyro game, and as soon as I was old enough I started playing it myself. My obsession just grew from there. Come to think of it, Spyro was the very first game I ever played.

My dad got a demo disc in the mail with his PlayStation Magazine, and it had a demo of Spyro on it. Played that demo so hard, SO HARD.

Then, when the actual game came out, my parents got it for me for Christmas.

my brothers had it. i don't actually know how i got into playing it. maybe because it was the only thing "appropriate" that my mom would let me play because the only other games they had were teen (i was 4 at the time...) or demos. but i know it was the very first game i played followed by the Madden football games, tomb raider, and Crash

It was one of my very first video games, that I got when I was really little. As for why, my mom thought it looked interesting and bought it for me for my birthday.

I got Spyro (3): Year Of The Dragon first. Weird, huh? I got it from my parents.

The first one I played was StD, which was my uncle's copy, but the first one I actually owned was EtD, which I bought pre-owned at Gamestop. I got it because back then I thought it was the coolest game in the whole world, and hated my brother for selling his own copy he had, so I bought it again for myself.

I was STUPID back then... EtD was like the Sonic '06 of Spyro games. Sucked beyond words.

I got StD first. I had gotten a PS1 for my b-day and a friend gave me a bunch of video games, including Spyro.

Dawn of the Dragon for me. My brother bought it for me because he knew how badly I wanted a Spyro game. I was surprised to wake up (I was knocked out from medcine they given me for my wisdom teeth removal) and to see Dawn of the Dragon in my face. It made me very happy.

I got Spyro 2: Gateway to GLimmer 1st aswell, from my dad, when I was like, 6 or 7. Can't really remember.

I always loved dragons. and when i saw spyro enter the dragonfly and season of ice i had to get them.

I played the first Spyro game and my dad got it for Christmas for me when I was 9.

The first Spyro game I got was the very first, Spyro the Dragon (Spyro 1), though I don't really remember where or how I got it, I don't even remember getting it at all, but I do have it and I do know for certain that it was the first Spyro game I got, and also one of the first playstation games I got. And since then I have bought/got every Spyro game that came out after the first one (only the playstation ones though, not the handheld ones)

My First Spyro game was STD and my friend gave it to me.

My first Spyro game was Yotd. I had never known about him. I was 5 and I wasn't quite good at playing games then. For Christmas, my sister got a PS1. So we went to the store to get a videogame for it and my sister saw Yotd and got it. I watched her play it until I was old enough to play myself. And that is how I began to become a Spyro fan. My first videogame in my whole life was a Spyro game!!
