I have asked Phantom if I could be manager and am awaiting a reply.
if I do become manager I will promise to do the following.

Be very open minded and I understand that my ideas are not the only ones that matter.
If I am allowed to be manager I will start recruiting team members and giving these team members tasks and various things to work on. Of course I will allow these team members to make their own decisions on certain aspects that concern their skill But I will also try to put them in a specific direction.
Also I will keep track of everyone's work and make sure they are dedicated enough to the project to produce some decent content.
people that wish to join the team will be reviewed and I will decide whether or not they have the skill and dedication to work with us.
I will stay in contact with all team members and report the progress of the project to everyone on the forum.

I have had experience in game design and story design and I understand what it takes for a project like this to succeed.
So I hope I am given the opportunity to manage this project.

But if in fact Phantom has left the project. then I will see what everyone else thinks about it.

Why should someone with a British accent provide voice acting for someone different than someone with an American accent, or any other... In case you don't know, it's called discriminating when you act different towards someone because they're different than you. You put "British accent" by their name, as if to show that's something people should take note when making their decision. It shouldn't make a difference.

I agree Jasher is too new to manage the project and its sketchy they now want to manage(not just this but Jasher is completely out of my trust with my previous post), but I believe TheWereCat has been here for a while? And she seems very nice, so I think she would be a good manager.

Also, if we have to vote for co-manager, I'd vote Spyro_987, he/she seems to be able to keep track of things.

What I want to do.
I want to create a Spyro reboot that will do Spyro justice. This reboot will mix various aspects from the legend and the classic series and will introduce new ones.
But if that doesn’t work out, I have another idea that will continue the legend series.

All I found was jetta_one, which couldn't be opened, "Pause" which doesn't open and a save file thing, which was an image. Whatever, I'll download it again.

Jetta_one is the name of the save file that the exe creates when you save your game and the image is used to tell you how much you have progressed through the game.

Wow. Art is much better than I could do, the story was a good read and real descriptive, your 3d maps.... Took me seriously a little while to determine that they were not real, games are fun............

I wanna see TheWereCat's works as well. He says he can storyboard and voice act.

She reminds me of Amber from a tv show called the tribe...

Wow... I really thank you all for your support and kindness, but I do believe Jasher should lead the project, and not me. I am very honoured by all of you're comments, but Jasher, despite not being here very long, has made some very creative and well designed games and seems to be more experienced in this area.

I still wish to be involved in the project, but not within the voice acting region; I can see it's causing some problems, so I think it may be best to drop out of that subject completely. There are far better voice-actors than me, anyway.

How will the movie be distrubuted? Through YouTube or other means? I suggest we set up an account for the Spyro Project on a media-sharing website. Work-in-progress and casting-calls could be posted upon it, and finally the finished product.

EDIT: I don't want to seem rude by adding this, but I'd just like to note that I'm a girl.
