lol thanks, im working on the next one as we speak, I t shoud be done by tomorrow, hopefully but i got my tabelt and it should look abit better, i'd just like your guys opinions and please tell others you know to take a look at my art too i'd like everyones opinions, as long as its not harsh, theres a way to say an opinion without being mean about it. Im just saying that because I cant tell you how others slam others peoples art on Deviant art harshfully.

A dragon like cynder but light blue and icey jagged icicles coming out of her shoulders.
the same colour on the wings and down the legs (basicly just everywhere) but a fadey purple halfway down the wings legs and tails and horns.
out of the jewlery cynder has i was a ice/water pendant.

Well i use Gimp2.6. thanks for the pic of mia, i just needed to have an idea of what she looks like, im a person that needs a picture to understand what i need to do thru example, wording is abit harder for me to do but just as good.

Gimp does have some glowing effects but i have to be alittle more creative with the effects really. If i can learn gimp then photoshop will be easier for me to use. and thanks cynder2000 smilie
