Yes, there was. But Activision deleted most of the evidence, but there is still some proof out there.

Is the new spyro game going to feature Cynder? Personally one of my favorite characters in the LoS was her. And if the game is gonna be based off of the LoS universe. Its only fitting she's there.

And yes. I prefer LoS over the classic Spyro.

We don't know what universe it's set in, but if it's LoS, Cynder will most likely be there.

Would they bee innvolved in some relationship? Considering how she told Spyro she loved him in the end of DotD?

We DON'T know, spyrocynder. We don't know even know if it will be in the LoS universe, or back in the Old Spyro universe.

I know that. But that is what most of the speculation is. Chill yo, I think I know that. Why would activision keep this secret if it WAS true? Are they afraid to see such mixed feelings on the web that the rumored movie did?

C'mon, I just wish activision would just say yes or no to this. I'm starting to hate them for all the secrecy

They don't want to show the game to us till they feel like it in 2011. They cancelled the Spyro Movie, because they think they came up with something huge.

Unfortunately, Activision stopped doing PS2 games, so Spyro's Kingdom won't be on the PS2 as well since the series is owned by Activision.

I think for definite that Spyro will be turned into a Nintendo character, which sucks, as I don't own a Wii.

I'd say they made it a Wii/DS exclusive for the same reason Sega made Sonic Colours Wii/DS exclusive.

Activision is money driven. Like if they see another company release a game on the Wii and DS and it sells a lot, they'll do the same tactic with one of their in-development games.

I don't own any nintendo systems. ActiVision should at least get Microsoft involved, even for 360 would be good. Don't get me wrong, but spyro on wii? Well, I hope the game is good. Wii isn't definitely NOT my favorite system, quite the opposite as a matter of fact. No offense, but DS, in my oppinion, is good only for pokemon :-)

That really does suck for me, even if it is set in TLOS, I would at least like to try it out you know? Never mind, I don't think I like the newer games anyway, so I shouldn't be complaining I guess.

I got mad when TEN wasn't for GC.

Sega made Sonic Colours a Wii/DS exclusive because they realised that the Sonic games on those systems sold the best. They said if Sonic Colours gets enough sales, they will port it to Xbox 360 and PS3.

I know, but if so, I think they might put it on PS3. I took a look at the poll "which console version of DotD are you getting", and after PS2, PS3 was the winner.

In my opinion, there are way too many game consoles for one game to be distributed through. I'm not really sure how I've been able to survive game-wise on just a PS2 for the past several years, being how many other game systems there are. Then again, Spyro is one of the only games I play But still, it isn't right...

Sonic Unleashed is on PS2, a game released around the same time as DotD....

Why not choose Xbox 360 as well? CoD Black Ops and Halo Reach blasted away other game profit wise. If ActiVision is after profit, follow Black Ops and Reachs example. Don't you guys agree?

Well, DotD wasn't popular on 360, I believe(I'm one if the few people who have that version) and the 360 is known for shooters. That's why CoD and Halo sell well there. I think DotD on 360 is a collector's item. In my local game stop, a new copy of Assasins Creed: Brotherhood on both PS3 and 360 costs in between 45 to 50 euro. A new copy of DotD on 360 costs 60 euro.

I guess that makes since. In my local gamestop, world at war costs around forty dollars used, DotD is only between twenty and thirty dollars, tax included

Yes, DotD on both PS3 & 360 are both considered collectors games now.

So, I guess Activision know what they're doing at the moment.

I am just really not real psyched about a strictly Nintendo Spyro game. In my opinion, Nintendo should just stick to Mario, Sonic, and Pokemon.

I'd be pretty much unable to part with it. I am a huge fan of LoS and have been searching for DotD for PS2 forever. I don't trust internet shopping sites, and the game always eludes me. When I have the money to buy it, its gone. When I don't, its there

I have DotD on the 360. Even if it does become a 'Collector's' item, as you say. I wouldn't want to part with it, I think later on I would find it interesting to have ago at it for an hour, just to have a look at the last sort of Non-Nintendo Spyro game.

Not necessarily. The target audience for such a game is there, more or less. The target audience for the Xbox 360 seems to be mostly hardcore shooters, and the PS3 is going down that road, too.

I don't think so. I have the Wii version of TEN, and it's awesome. And Shadow Legacy was a decent game.

I'm actually a little upset that Spyro is only going to be for the Wii and DS, I now I moan about TLOS, but still, I'll miss out.

Yes but... The Wii would be difficult, mainly because what I know of the wii is that the wiimote is a living nightmare to control. If you don't do something in just the right way, it doesn't read...and you end up doing something you didn't mean to do.

I have an Xbox 360, and yes I have World at War, Black Ops, Halo 3, and Halo Reach (all awesome shooters) I still have my PS2 hooked up, and my two LoS games (and YotD) tucked beside it.

Most games I play work fine. It depends on the game, and your set up. The Wii Remote itself is manufactured well.
