Do you mean the tree Arborick in the Ancient Grove? Yeah he does kinda look manmade but if he was I wander how he would come to life?

Well he is technicly the only tree that you fight cause he looks like a tree at first but then he comes to life and you have to fight him. As for a man being in the LoS games....I would say that Hunteris kinda manly with the way that he looks in DotD but IDK about anything else.
