As far as sparx goes, I'd have to go with the LoS sparx, mainly cause i liked his lines, especily in ANB. i didnt like the old sparx very much though, in most of the original games, the only line he got was "Bzzzz,Bzzzz..." whats your opinion?

Well, I like old Sparx becase he talks like, Bzz, bzzz, bz, bz, bzzzz, bzz, and he's awsome! but I like new Sparx becase he's quite a comical character and he's awsome!

New Sparx, but I still like old Sparx.

New Sparx, no doubt. He was such a needed chronical relief from the TLOS series. Also he was very funny, especially in ANB with David Spade. David Spade is awesome!!

I still like both of them, but I prefer TLoS Sparx. Yeah, original Sparx was useful and all, but I loved TLoS Sparx's humor, specifically in ANB with David Spade. So yeah, I'll go with new Sparx.

Old, I preferred it when he buzzed and was actually useful in the game.

But, I do like new too.

Not really. The old Sparx was like the new Hunter for me in terms of personality. He just didn't have an awful lot to say!

This is gonna sound REALLY stupid, but before the game told me otherwise, I thought Sparx was a girl when I first played StD!

I was like 3 years old, and the PS1 graphics gave Sparx a feminine appearence to me(and still do!). I thought the little bit of his mouth that stuck out was red lipstick! Also, the slightly pink wings! When one of the dragons said"he will protect you from harm", I was just like:

I like the new Sparx, but I always love the witty characters. It kinda feels like old Hunter gave new Sparx his personality and sprinkled a little cowardice on it

Also new Sparx is looking more like a human/fairy-thing now than a dragonfly...kinda creepy lookin' imo...

It's sometimes hard to say.

On the one hand, Insomniac Sparx is actually useful and has a lot of personality for a guy who says nothing.

AHT Sparx is just hilarious. Oh, those unintentionally horrible lines of his.

LoS Sparx is a toss up. He's completely useless as an alley and a character and his design is seriously creepy looking (especially in DotD), and he was annoying more often then not. His only role was the token comedy relief. But he was voiced by Billy West that one time, and I loves me some Billy West...

I think I'm going with original Sparx. Useful, spunky, and not so annoying you want to squash him when he talks.

I like both. Old Sparx was useful, and new Sparx is funny. Sparx's lines in AHT were great. "Small dark holes, not a problem for me Spyro"

The new funny, talkative Sparx with some sort of use aside from comic relief would be ideal.

...I can't say how many times I've quoted that line while waiting for something... I think I missed some words, though.

Old Sparx was funny and I enjoyed playing as him, but it felt very restrictive with him as the health bar... So, without a Dragonfly, a Dragon can only get hit once and they're dead? I never quite got that...

I dont the "comedy" material they used for Sparx in DotD but i do his design in DotD
